Good choice in the area, yet a few flaws
Reviewed By PeterScholleWe stayed here to explore the area, and in general this is a nice hotel, so it would have been 4 points if not for some downsides of our room in particular. It must be said that the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the motel type premises with the attached excellent restaurant made it a pleasant stay nonetheless. We booked a double room offer on booking.com, and while being aware that we did not take the highest category, there were a few points which would have changed our minds: - The bed is tiny: 1,40 in width and below 2m in length (estimates) is borderline small for an adult couple in my opinion. - There is a vent outside the window which is noisy all night. On top, road works started at 7am quite noticeable despite being in the backyard. So it was not particularly quiet. - The window itself is also tiny, which makes the room quite "dense".

Reviewed By onka1618Toto ubytování má všechno, co potřebujete k životu - předsíň s velkými zrcadly, pokoj s pohodlnou postelí, televizí, šatní skříní a stolem se dvěma židlemi, perfektně vybavenou kuchyňku (lednička s mrazákem, mikrovlnka, varná konvice, nádobí, jar), toaletu oddělenou od koupelny a koupelnu s vanou a umývadlem (chybí snad jen toaletní potřeby a fén na vlasy, což si ale většinou bere každý s sebou) Velkým bonusem je možnost využití terasy, která je společná pro všechny pokoje (na terase není vířivka, jak je vyfoceno na booking.cz). Byli jsme tady velmi spokojeni.

Reviewed By Tommasso OHotel pokoj špinavé podlaha prach úplně všude .... byli jsme zde 3 dny ale bohužel nikdo nepřišel něco překlidit nebo vyměnit ručníky proste pokoj strašný ..... okolí bazén špína nehorázné , atd , snídaně naprosto tragické !!!!!!!! Paní co dělala snídaně neuvěřitelně nepříjemná ani na pozdrav neodpoví a sortiment snídani nulový jedním slovem tragédie !!!!!!!! Restaurace ??? Posilovnu ??? Bazén atd co píšou na portálech je mega velka leš .....do pozdních ranních hodin zde chlastáli kamarádi majitelů a takovej hluk a řev je proste o 1 ráno fakt strašně pak jdou spát ale tak tenké zdi ze slyšíte jak chrápáji...nejhorší ubytování co jsem zažil !!!!!!!!

Our vision is to offer the reasonable and acceptable price for the accomodation in the modern equiped apartments in the old historical house, ca 20 km far away from the highway Prague - Brno and 12 km from historical Telč. Apartments were renovated last year with preserving the genius loci of the old house with vaulted ceilings, stone portals, wooden floor and special clipboards on the doorcase so called mezuzy. We believe that the combination of the house spirit and modern interior architecture create for visitors an innovative concept of functionality, inner satisfaction and friendly atmosphere. For the wandering the romantic nature scenery we prepare for you the rent of bicycles including the local maps to visit the hunting castle Roštejn (7 km) or historical water fortress Telč (12 km).
