Complete indifference from the staff at every turn – no one tried to speak to us on any occasion
Reviewed By Tyranny1057Not the easiest hotel to find when you have a car, good that we tried in September which is late and low season as there wasn’t too much traffic around and parking spaces were available. In fairness the hotel directed us to spaces that were reserved for the hotel itself and we managed to get the last one. Rooms basic, simple and not overly clean. Curtains poor and broken so a lot of early morning light to wake you up. View over square outside a disappointment and not worth the extra as all you do is look at trees. Wifi good and bar service outside slow. Breakfast was a disaster with food left out, cold, mostly finished at 8.30 am or not there and to top it you have to pay extra to get real coffee. It was the total lack of communication that got to us; there were plenty of staff but most of the were sitting down smoking and not giving a hoot for the guests. We were so pleased we did not eat there the previous evening; go up the hill to Vinska Galerija "vukoje" where we had a magnificent meal with staff who cared.

I must admit that I lost hope that this operation would be successful at all. after two months, the package arrived. I recommend with all my heart although I doubted this place. You can feel safe, well and, above all, you can trust the people there. I am really pleasantly surprised♥.

Too much smoke, but no fire
Reviewed By nikola aWent there to spend a family lunch, we are a family of 4 ( two small children's age 18 months and 4 years). After spending about 20 minutes before anybody approached us with the menu, we waited for nearly 45 minutes to get some of the things we ordered, for example we never got the salad :) The best point of the day was the situation where we kindly requested form the waiter to get in advance the soup for our children, but we were told that this is not a possibility. What a disgrace... i wanted to get up a leave the place instantly.. So to say it in short: If you have the time, the nerves and some money, u just might get some of the things to eat that u have ordered, at the pace of an turtle....

Reviewed By Ambassador592947Mirno i tiho mesto izvan grada u prirodi. Sa otvorenim bazenom i prirodnim hladom u krošnji kivija i grožđa je jako dobro mesto za opuštanje i predah. Veliki je i besplatan parking a domaćini su gostoljubivi i uslužni. Blizu je Akva Park al mana je što je udaljen od Trebinja 5km, mada za goste koji dolaze sa autom to ne predstavlja nikakav problem. Apartmani su novi, valiki i komforni pa uz velike terase oko kuce, uređene vrtove i otvoren pogled (jer imate osjećaj da nemate komšiju :-) ) dobije se odličan odnos kvaliteta u odnosu na nisku cenu. Sve u svemu jedan ugodan smeštaj sa predivnim dvorištem, sve je komforno i veliko i zaslužuje sve preporuke za buduće goste. :-)

Good hotel, very bad treatment
Reviewed By caveatxemptorFacilities are OK, but the reception personnel where very rude on leaving, as we were requested to leave the room by 9:00 in the morning, and we left our room key card on reception desk (nobody present at the moment) and they couldn't find the plastic (fully white) later and were requesting us to pay 10€ for leaving, and we didn't agree and they started to insult us (in their language, fortunately) and doing bad gestures with the hands. Very upsetting. Instalaciones correctas, pero el personal de recepción muy grosero al irnos, nos pidieron que dejáramos la habitación a las 9:00 de la mañana, y dejamos la tarjeta-llave en el mostrador de recepción (nadie en ese momento), y luego nos pedían que pagáramos 10€ para irnos porque no encontraban la tarjeta de plástico (toda blanca), al negarnos empezaron a insultarnos y hacernos gestos groseros. Muy mala experiencia y disgusto.

Doručak u ovom hotelu je vrlo ukusan i kvalitetan. Osoblje je predusretljivo, ljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne. Tu je i besplatan parking pored samog hotela. Mislim da zavređuje četri zvezdice.

Very good choice in central Trebinje
Reviewed By ffay005The drive from Dubrovnik airport took an hour, as the border was relatively quiet. I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist, who checked me in quickly. The room was ready at 11:30 am, which was much appreciated. The smallish room featured an old school decor. Everything was clean and tidy and in good condition. There were two single beds pushed together, a small desk, a fridge/minibar and a safe (which was loose in the closet and could be carrid away, should someone so wish). There was no room for a sitting area. There were sockets by the bed for charging your devices. There is free wifi, but it is a bit sporadic, falling off the grid every now and then and, at times, slow. The curtains were of a light colour, which might look nice, but they do little to keep the room dark in the early morning. The bathroom came with a walk-in shower with good water pressure. There was both an overhead as well as a handheld shower. The only amenities consisted of wall-mounted hand soap and shampoo. The airconditioning only works when the keycard is placed in the slot by the door. And there’s no way to trick the slot by placing just any card in there. As the airconditioning was struggling in the summer heat, I had to ask for an extra key to keep the a/c running all day, and even so, it only managed to take the temperature down to about 24. Fortunately, after sunset, the room cooled down further to a more comfortable 22 before bedtime. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room from 7 to 10. It was the usual affair, a self-serve buffet with several hot items such as fried eggs and omelettes, bread, cold cuts and cheeses, cereals, youghurt and some fresh fruit. It gave you a good start of the day. The hotel restaurant offers affordable foodall day both in the downstairs restaurant as well as on the terrace outside. The cherry cake was excellent! The hotel is located right on the main square, Trg Slobode, a short walk from the Old Town and all the sights. The hotel was well worth the price, 50 EUR a night including breakfast. I will be sure to stay at the Central Park Hotel again if my travels take me to Trebinje in the future!
