Reviewed By pallikunnathStaff is very courteous and good location, easy to reach. Toilets and towels are clean but old fittings,poorly maintained. Food is cheap and tasty. Rooms condition is also average. Google map is showing location 400 M apart. Overall just OK

Good stay
Reviewed By mailprakashm31This hotel is located on the Kumily highway , also not faraway from main area of Theni. It is easy to locate. This property has got vast car parking area behind the hotel so no worries if you park your own car, it is well protected. Room is spacious . We faced issue in TV remote which was rectified immediately. We stayed in Mullai room where it has got water heater , but it’s power was controlled in the reception. It was switched ON by default in the morning hours. During other times if we request in the reception they are switching ON. We did not had food in this property, instead had food from a hotel opposite to this property called Shree Aryas which was very good . One tip is to ask for the rooms on the back side of the property since it is situated on highway you will hear vehicles horn sound in the rooms situated on the front of this property. We were given the room near to front portion so able to hear horn sound at night also. I faced issue in ordering tea from the hotel restaurant because of lack of coordination on the people taking order from restaurant. But it was solved .They can improve on this aspect. Overall my stay is good.

Great Location
Reviewed By mahistabloidLocation: We put in Megamalai in google maps and followed the route to a dead end on the other side which added 2 hours to drive time. When using google maps put in Highwavys Hospital and there is no spelling mistake, it is Highwavys with a V. you can ask for directions or follow the signboards to the bungalow from there. the last 5kms is a dirt track as of now, only SUV's can traverse this. The Drive: 18 hairpin bends to reach the small village and poor visibility due to fog or low hanging clouds, excellent road upto the village though. Final Destination: extremely beautiful and serene, well worth the drive. not very touristy, not crowded. Sit back and enjoy the view or walk around taking in the nature. Bungalow: private, has two bedrooms, a dinning room and a hall with satellite TV. needs thorough cleaning and upkeep. Dust every where, dust bins not emptied from the previous stay. Furniture is broken. Did not have fresh towels. Food: there are no options outside...take the all meals package. the quality and taste is passable, no complaints. Internet & Telecom: Only BSNL works once you start the climb up the hill. We tried Airtel, Jim and Vodaphone - no connectivity. Limited internet available at the reception on Wifi. Final Word; go there if you want peace and quiet in a rustic atmosphere. If you are the demanding type or with special requests - avoid.
