Perfect location

Reviewed By MandyParish

Flew down from the Gold Coast to watch a game of AFL at Giants Stadium so only stayed 1 night. The location near the ground and in a picturesque area was perfect. Rooms were a decent size and the bathroom huge! The staff were also very friendly. Parking a car was expensive (hired a car to look around the next day)! The only negative was the rooms were a bit dated - which I can live with if they are a good size a clean. Would definitely book again.

Be careful ! Your left items will not be found!!

I left my iPhone charger at the room on 18 May 2022. I immediately reported to the hotel reception (ibis Sydney Olympic Park) Receptionist said she will inform housekeeping and someone will contact me for it. Actually someone can check it out straightly as I reported within 1 hour after I checked out. Then next day no one call me, so I call them for it. Still… she said she will ask housekeeping to follow up. Then next day no one follow up, so I call the hotel again then receptionist told me they didn’t find any iPhone charger at the room. She just keep saying sorry, that was it. That was unbelievable and unacceptable for the customer. I am really not happy for that kind of service. IPhone charger is not a valuable one, but their service is totally crapes or May be they just don’t want to give customer’s left items.

Not very Clean

Reviewed By gregX6196ZJ

Our first room had no remote for the TV, so as we searched the room we discovered a bag full of used condoms and a full box behind the TV. Second room had no toiletries, walls were covered in dust and spider webs, we were there for 4 nights and not once were our rooms cleaned or new towels/ toileties given, when paying to be a accor member you do wonder why you are when this is what you get. (we could not get into any other accor run motel at the time i booked, but will try harder next time or not attend the show if this is the only option)

Not happy

Wasn’t happy mirror hadn’t been cleaned before we got there and 2 days it hadn’t been done until I asked, room service was ordered and then told they had no staff. I had breakfast included in my room and ended up not eating much due to finding 3 month out of date food.

MOST UNHYGIENIC

Reviewed By mohinim764

If your stay is for more than a week and you want to be at hygienic place. Please check in to some other hotel. Before check-in they say there is daily room cleaning services, after check-in they change it to twice a week and after two weeks you can see its just once a week room is getting cleaned. Reception is well trained to handle such complaints. One of receptionist is good who try to facilitate you with her own limitations. But housekeeping is just good for nothing. You will see cobwebs in balcony which unless you tell no one bothers to clean. Even after your instructions towels not getting changed. Daily you will end up just making calls at reception for mess of housekeeping. Do not go by cooked up reviews for your peace of mind just book another hotel.

No reception, instructions sent by email, in very simple term treating the client as an infant. First instruction was to walk up the carpark ramp to get access to the mail box on the ground floor. DID NOT HAPPEN AS THE SECURITY GATE ON THE CARPARK WAS DOWN. Email instructions re entry, carpark use, room amenities use, this is first time I felt like a child not a 66yr old who travel extensively for work stay in 4 / 5 star accommodation, I will not use this Property or Hoama again.
