Reviewed By L9104BYluigilGreat hotel. It was real pleasure to stay there. Very clean rooms, nicest reception stuff ever seen, bathroom with enough space. The room itself was really comfortable as well as bed. Definitely recommendable object to everyone who is searching for calm and professional stay.

Reviewed By Jerzy EDworek Hetmański is a beautiful hotel situated among fields on the shores of a picturesque lake. The manor house is kept in good old style. The rooms, especially the apartments, are very spacious and decorated in "old way". The staff is extremely friendly and sympathetic from the first contact, creating an almost family atmosphere. The location is ideal both for a few days' recreational stay and for a short break on the way to Germany.

Reviewed By BossombossomOne of the worst hotel experience we have ever had. There was a party in the bar just below our room with loud electronic music until 4 am. The staff was unresponsive and after repeated complaints, outright rude. Also parts of furniture were falling apart and, to complete the experience we’ve found a fly in the Mayo during the breakfast. Avoid at all cost.

À notre arrivée la propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et tout bien expliqué, nous avions pris un appartement supérieure et c'était top il y a tout ce qu'il faut avec une belle terrasse cependant il aurait été pratique d'avoir une petite porte pour sortir côté terasse mais ceci est un détail. Mes parents ont voulu réserver à la dernière minute et on été accueilli dans l'appartement à côté du nôtre. Tout était super on reviendra c'est sûr ;)

Pokoik czyściutki, w miarę ciepły, może trochę mała łazienka, ale dla mnie jednego wystarczyło. Całość urządzona w stylu rustykalnym. Śniadanko oddzielnie płatne, ale warte swojej ceny. Było wszystko czego potrzebowałem. Zostawiłem pewien drobiazg w pokoju i po niedługiej chwili właścicielka skontaktowała się ze mną i sprawnie uzgodniliśmy sposób odbioru fanta. Dziękuję za pomoc - dużej wartości materialnej to nie miało, ale było mi niezbędne w podróży.

We have travelled around the world throughout the years but we haven’t been to a place which doesn’t understand the basics of hospitality until we have visited Lord! Seriously - one of the rudest place you can ever imagine! If you consider getting married there - believe me - save yourself a trouble and look somewhere else...

After the first one I wanted to cancel the remaining three nights and move to the hotel Grodzki, which I highly recommend, and costs the same. First thing is the staff from the front desk and bar, which is the same person, 2 out of 4 I've meet were very unpleasant. So these two ladies from the reception did not welcome visitors verbally or with smile, if they must to talk to you there is no eye contact or interest in what you have to say, got the impression that they want me out of sight, as soon as possible. When spoke to there is no response or is very enigmatic, my mom asked for scrambled eggs for breakfast and the lady just walk away, so we didn't not know, should we wait for it or take something else to eat. To make my story shorter. Smoke is allowed in the hallways, the stench of cigarettes gets to the bedroom and it's just everywhere inside. The staff's lying about this, because when I asked for ashtrays that are everywhere in the hallways and stairwells, lady replied, that is the guests themselves brings them there. Check out the photo I made with my phone. Very dirty walls and doors in rooms. Poor breakfast like in the hostel, not a 3 stars hotel. There is no control over who enters, the reception is just a room on the side, you don't have to go through it, anyone from the street can just walk in or at breakfast. No wheelchair accessibility, we had quite a heavy luggage on wheels and it was uncomfortable to pull them up the stairs. There is no 24 hours reception, if you come late you have to call and wait until someone opens. In general it was our worst stay in a 3 stars hotel and for this price. Never again.
