The front desk was willing to help accomplish me when I booked the wrong dates accidentally. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome! The room was quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again

A really great place to stay
Reviewed By TonyColvinThe first night WiFi went out in my room and I reported it to the front desk. WiFi is extremely important to my ability to do business while traveling. The next day it was still out and again I reported it to the young woman at the front desk. She gave me a number to call for tech support. I phoned the number and the technician spent half an hour on the phone with me but was unable to resolve the problem; he wrote a repair order for someone to come out to the hotel. Later that day I went down to the front desk and the on duty clerk "Tony" told me that the WiFi problem was not hotel wide. He had only a few rooms empty, but would let me try the WiFi in those rooms and move me to one where WiFi worked. The first room I tried had good WiFi and I moved into that one. Thank you to all the maids and front desk staff (especially Tony) for a wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful; my rooms had great amenities and like the hotel was clean and very well maintained. There was a gym and indoor pool that looked fantastic, but I was too busy to enjoy. I will certainly stay here again.

Reviewed By Tracy HThere was easy truck parking, the check in and check out was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and quiet and there were amenities. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok. I got some good sleep.

Rooms were clean and spacious and beds were super comfy !Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful & friendly from the front desk check in to the maintenance & housekeeping. The breakfast was included and very yummy with a variety of choices. The restaurant Max was amazing, including comfortable ambiance and delicious food! Happy hour terrific! Stay here you will be satisfied.

Reviewed By h2kstickersWe picked this hotel for the night as it was close to Family. Upon arrival we got to our room and called for a rollaway bed. They do charge 25.00 per night for a rollaway bed which is not anywhere on the website. I asked the front desk where on the website it says they charge 25.00 for a rollaway bed and she said she didn't know where it was but its on the page. I reserved a room for 5 and it does not state any place obvious that they have a charge. They were hopeful that they even had an extra rollaway since they were full for the night. Luckily they did but I would have been upset had I reserved a room for 5 and they did not... Can you imagine if 3 adults had to share a bed or one of them sleep on the floor. I have looked on the website for any place that they talk about charges for rollaway bed and it is not in a spot that I can see. I see charges about smoking and possible internet charges. I have looked at many hotels and rooms that sleep 5 either have a pull out bed or states in the room description that there is a charge for a rollaway bed. If I had over looked it that is one thing but I don't see it when doing mock reservations looking for it and the clerk doesn't know where it is either. If you are traveling with 5, make sure you are aware of the 25.00 a night charge or plan to sleep 3 to a bed or one on the floor. We will not be back to this hotel in the future as there are many hotels on the same street/area to pick from that actually do have their prices stated clearly. The breakfast was decent, the staff was really friendly.

Dirty room and unfriendly front desk staff
Reviewed By Savior1997I am an IHG member, and frequently stay at Holiday Inns when needing short term stays. My husband and i are in town to see the play, Wicked. We checked in to our room at 3pm to find the bathtub drain was full of a mass of black hair; and the bed was made but sheets and plowcases were dirty. When I called the front desk and asked if we could please get a different room, I was told the hotel was full and they acted like a dirty room was normal and I was over reacting. I took photos because I'm not the "Karen" so often expected in these situations. They said they'd send someone up to clean the tub and put clean sheets on. However, if it was acceptable for housekeeping to leave the room looking like that originally, what other areas did they not clean? And are they sending up the same person who was supposed to clean it before? Based on the attitude of the front desk staff AND the cleanliness of the room, I wouldn't stay here again.

(broken) pillows too thin. unable to get more than '1' extra. Tiny fridge. couldn't fit 2 food 'carry out' boxes. No telephone book/local info? Area restaurants? check out times? No shampoo for shower, just tiny body soap bar. Had to ask for an actual 'blanket' Breakfast was pathetic! pre-packaged waffles for toaster, no bread, oranges, juice, instant oatmeal (no milk) coffee tasted like dishwater. I have friends who used to run a Super 8 in Gresham Oregon. They had waffle machine, with syrup, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, oranges/bananas, toast, muffins & decent coffee.

Clean, New, but Small Rooms
Reviewed By JM2007SJI was on my way to Montana from California, and as a Hilton Honors member, I chose to stay in all Hilton properties along the way. This was my second stop, and my first time in the Tru brand of hotel. Overall, very good stay with a clean, quiet location and friendly staff. But here are some points of consideration as you evaluate this property. Pro’s - they Dog Friendly (with a fee) and the staff were incredibly friendly. The bathroom was fantastic. The shower was brand new, clean and the stand up shower was awesome with a great high shower head. I loved the eco conscious soap and shampoo and conditioner containers. I also thought the decor was modern and fresh all around. The location is also great, near shopping and restaurants and access to HWY 90. The location was great for families, since right across the street is an awesome park that you can walk the dogs, and a great playground for kids. Con’s - the rooms are really, really small. We had a two queen room, as I was traveling with my 82 year old father and it was hard to navigate around each other. There was really no place for him to sit comfortably and if we moved the desk chair for him to use, it was always in the way if I needed to go to the bathroom or back to my side of the room. There is also no coffee maker in your room. There isn’t a separate closet area to put your luggage. In our room, we had hardwood floors, which is great with pets, but it does lead to a more sterile feel than carpet, but it’s cleaner. Last thoughts. The philosophy of this hotel seems to be about gathering in the communal space by the lobby for everything (watching TV, playing pool, eating, drinking, working and socializing). Your room is really meant to just be your place to sleep and get ready. Which is great for young travelers and families, or even groups, but with a senior traveler, it was not really effective for us. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would for an overnight in this area, but I might not pick this brand of hotel again if I had a choice.
