Would never stay back again
Reviewed By Bac NBig hotel in Soc Trang city - with poor maintenance and amateur service staff. And in the hotel lobby - there are 2 set of skin of big animals - possibly a bear, hung on top of the Recognition of Vietnam Tourism Association - possibly to the owner of the hotel??? I would never stay back in this hotel.

Reviewed By Dec CLiked · 1. very nice very spacious room 2, lovely helpful staff 3. great location Disliked · 1. the bathroom was flooded every time you took a shower. 2. no hand towels or hand washers. almost non-existent toiletries. 3. not a single glass 4. curtains not heavy enough to block light 5. room not made up every day. 6. bed mattresses not great even by Viet standards 7. sheets a bit skimpy so they come undone.

Reviewed By gat_lontokThe hotel have Rooms on Ground Floor sorrounding a garden which is also the parking space. This means no need to climb stairs and I was able to keep my bicycle in the safety of my room. Unlike commonly in Vietnamese hotels which have narrow steep stairs. The location is near the center and very near tourist attractions such as the Bat Pagoda.

Reviewed By BenchmarkerOverall Nice property with pool and low raise lodging The renovation of the bathrooms was don a bit in a odd way for the plumbing, adding new items aside the old one A simple breakfast was provided, but bins didn't seems to be provided so that all guests throw the dirty napkins and food trash all around the floor, not very clean and appetizing. Overall OK

Pleasant stay at a small and affordable hotel with a wonderful staff
Reviewed By W6874OQsebastiangA very pleasant and memorable stay (altogether 10 nights) with an extremely hospitable staff, even though communication was limited I needed to go to a clinic - a staff member immediately offered to take me to a hospital. I inquired about a restaurant in town - the receptionist drove me there and we had dinner together (he did not even let me take care of the bill, which made me as a "rich" tourist feel a little embarrassed). I was also shown some of the sights in the vicinity (pagodas) by Linh on his scooter. The location of the hotel is about a 25-minute walk from the city center, but there are a number of good restaurants and (Vietnamese) breakfast places and cafés nearby.

It is comfortable but not a nice room
Reviewed By Thy NThe service is very good. I love this hotel although it is not nice. It is comfortable. The weather is normal. There are a lot of pagodar in Soc Trang province. You can go around and take a rest in this hotel.

Bat themed with flies
Reviewed By Gary027Stayed here on a organised cycle trip. Knew we would get varied quality hotels but this was the worst out of generally very good hotels. Our room was fly infested and we had to request fly spray and remove a fly next from the curtains.
