Great staff with superb attitude, which greatly improves the quality of the hotel.

OMG HOTEL, a new signature hotel which is located between the junction of Bukit Tambun and Bukit Minyak Industrial Park (Penang). It is an ideal location for business travelers and families. OMG HOTEL is a stylized designated commercial hotel with luxury features such as Jacuzzi, Steam Bath Box, Cafe and etc. Our choice of room ranges from Premium Twin, Premium Deluxe, Family Suite and Presidential Suite.
Went to check in but the Chinese aunty at the reception was super rude. Never going there.
Reviewed By Starboyx89Worst receptionist and staff at that hotel. It's not even a hotel. Doesn't speak properly to the guest. Very rude chinese lady at the reception. Is it a hotel or warden? If cannot check in Early could atleast have told politely. But this lady choose the rudest way as possible. We came to stay at that hotel by paying for it bot for free.

Reviewed By 372adelynlStayed there for 3 weeks. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Iron is available at the common area. Basement and opened space car parking available in the hotel. The hotels staff were friendly and helpful. Good location .

A so-so budget hotel.
Reviewed By Johari ANo window in room. Not suitable for claustrophobic guests. Basic, clean room. Bed ok, pillow very soft, cannot support the head well. Aircond functioning well and quiet. My only grouse is the not so nice smell coming from the toilet which practically permeates into the room. I believe the plumbing system is flawed as there is no venting system build-in. Overall ok as you get what you pay. Good for short stay.

Reviewed By catepoirotThe receptionist is very rude and not friendly. Hotel has no lift and not suitable for families especially with elderly guest. We went to 3rd floor with staircase and to find out that the room key is very hard to use!. The room has no phone, no kettle, no wifi and the blanket was dirty (got blood stain). Water dispenser is only available at the first floow which very not convenient for all guests. Upon cancellation for next day, the payment is nonrefundable. We lost RM79.00 for this unfortunate service.

Worse hotel ever
Reviewed By Mar VThis is worse hotel ever! Noise pollution is terrible as it is facing the main road! Do not ever think to stay here if you are visiting Simpang Empat to avoid being left regretted. Very basic and is not how it looks like from the time you stepped into the hotel.

Reviewed By newbies666The location of the hotel are very far from the main street and it located at the industrial park area which is very dark and quite in night time and above the illegal gambling centre. People around the hotel mostly are foreign workers and the hotel are allowed the guests smoking inside the room without exhaust fan and window. Inside the room have one notice claims that any illegal activities happens in the room, the hotel management will not bear the consequence. If you are a smart person then you will understand what it suppose to mean.
