The rooms and the food quality of the resort is marvelous. The location of the resort is very breathtaking. We are grateful to all the staff of the resort and hope they will keep it up in future. Our family was travelling for a birthday celebration and the team worked so well with us to seamlessly provide arrangements for the stay including a surprise birthday cake and candlelight dinner. The room was spacious and comfortable and a short walk from the river. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Reviewed By Varsha04_sharmaWe had a reunion of 98 batch MR medical college.Mr.Ashfaq manager n the whole team was very cooperative n flexible. We enjoyed the stay. Location of the hotel is very good as it is near the rafting points n it has a adventure n sports area just besides it.There were some camps as well near by. The main rishikesh area is far off but that shld be okay..as the hotel is very close to nature. Although we didt use the cottages,they look amazing n wld stay thr in next visit. Big thank u to Mr.Ashfaq manager who coordinated n managed r reunion successfully. N I need to mention a lady in the reception helped my guests by guiding them personally from shivpuri to rishikesh. Without her help they wld have been stuck in 3 to 4 hrs of traffic jam. Appreciate thr efforts n hospitality of Mr.Ashfaq n his team.Thank u.

Worst hygeine and service
Reviewed By Manoj1460This hotel is charging 6000 per night and have too many issues. I would say not a worthy consideration at all. We stayed in room 405 and 406 1. Day 1 - Room 405 Leaking basin. Fixed after 4 hours and multiple follow ups 2. Their flush is permanently leaking in room 406. Too much water wastage and no one cares. We should boycott such insensitive hotels. 3. Day 1 - Ordered snacks and tea at 5:30 pm and it came after almost 2 hours at 7:30 pm at the time of dinner after atleast 5 followups. 4. Day 2 - Breakfast is mayhem. They serve cold poha and cold parathas only. All customers were frustrated and finally everyone raised concern and then staff changed food. Tea and coffee pots were empty and even for that people had to chase. Omlette was on order and no one received any for almost 30 minutes and waiters sounded confused as they did not made notes and did not remember who ordered what and when. 5. Day 2 - Basic is when you go to a restaurant waiter will come, greet and then place water . Here you go to their restaurant and their waiter would serve water after multiple follow ups :-). 6. Day 2 - Order food.....waiter ls does not make a note as they feel that they are smart enough to remember and then after 30 minutes when you ask the status, they would show surpise and would tell they never received the order. That too when restaurant had only 2 tables occupied. Adding to agony, once order is understood than customer has to wait for atleast an hour for simple food 8. Completely disoriented staff with utter lack of service. I belong to Uttrakhand and feel sad that people here are so casual about service and then crib that they are struggling to make ends meet. Coming to rooms, spacious room with a good balcony but acs were not working for many hours during our stay as genset was down and could not be repaired during 2 nights of our stay. Very casual staff and when we complained then response of waiter was that sir we had marriage party for 2 days, lift was not working so we are tired .....seems exploitation of labours leading to their disinterest to customer service. In a nutshell.....visit if you arr okay to pay 6000 per night and can manage with such a shabby service and attitude.

Ganga river is just 200 meter, hotel furnished with nice furniture, each room has separate balcony which gives mountain view, ood was very tasty.we enjoyed a lot on the roof with music.. next day we enjoyed river rafting n evening we went to neergarh waterfall which is just 6 km far away form the hotel, overall nice stay

Amazing location and beautiful propery
Reviewed By QweeyiWe stayed here for one night in a cottage room exactly overlooking river Ganges, the view from the room was mind-blowing. Just few steps beautiful steps trek to access and enjoy the serenity of river. Room was little small in size but good interior. Washrooms needs more attention for cleanliness. They prepare jain food. There is a small swimming pool from where you can enjoy view of river Ganges. Nice gardening, swings, sit outs and boutique style designing makes the resort a must stay properly if visiting rishikesh. As it's in shivpuri, away from hustle bustle of Ram Zhula and near to river rafting point.
