Good Place to Stay Before a Cruise
Reviewed By jpatgWe stayed here on March 4, 2020 before a cruise. It was clean and service was friendly. The Wi-Fi was nice to have. The breakfast was quite adequate. They called a taxi for us to easily get to the ship on March 5.

Reviewed By 392PierreDI simply loved the place!! So relaxing and charming, the houses are very neat and charming, lost in the nature, surrounded by a lovely smell of eucalyptus. The restaurant is simply great (I've had several meals there), and the swimming pool and spa are unforgetably nice. I could only recommend the place. Not to mention that the hosting owner family (Anaya) are so kind and nice! I'll surely go back to it soon! Pierre (Paris)

The worst Enjoy ever!

We contacted the front desk to request further information and they said that some rooms have only coold air, which was ours. They didn't offer solutions, not even change the room. Since the room was very cold, we requested a blanket and after we confirmed the Heater didn't work, we requested and additional blanket, but we didn't get it. We asked for room service to order a coffee and a herbal tea and they didn't have Express coffee machines only regular coffee. The breakfast was very basic. Is asked for herbal tea and they didn't have and didn't offer any option. The portion of eggs was less than enough just two spoon or less. The receptionist was not really helpful, we asked for a recommendation regarding a coffee shop and she sent us to a place that was closed.

Basic bed in San Antonio served its purpose
Reviewed By carjilariWith cruise ships departing from this very small fishing village, beds are at a premium. This is a small and basic building with breakfast provisions happily served. The view is SENSATIONAL but be ready to pull the blinds down to keep out the boiling sun!! Our only complaint was a neighbours incessantly barking dog! But there isn't too much to be done about that! A great fish restaurant just down the street while a little further on is a shopping centre. We organised cabs to take us to the cruise ship terminal.

The Owners and Staff are what Make this Hotel Special
Reviewed By WCSElkton_MDWe stayed here for one night prior to a cruise. The ownership had just changed but I understood it was still within the same family. This is a family owned hotel and they are great! Very helpful with everything from carrying our luggage up the stairs to making sure our wifi was working correctly. Also gave us a choice of which room we wanted. They are wonderful people as are all the staff. The breakfast is delicious and they will cook eggs for you to go along with the breads, meats, etc that are served. The ladies taking care of breakfast are the same ones that clean the rooms. Very nice family run operation. Also located right across from the ocean and the cruise dock. They arranged for a very reasonably priced ride to the cruise dock. The negatives are that the rooms are small and a bit rundown. Bathroom had some mildew in the shower. But, they do not claim to be a 5 star hotel and go out of their way to be helpful. They have fast free wifi in the common areas but we were not able to receive it in our room. Not sure if all rooms are the same. To be honest, there are not many places to choose from if you want to stay in San Antonio prior to a cruise. we would consider staying again if the need arose.

Reviewed By vinicio zCile on the road - Difficile trovare questo ostello di sera, perché non c'è nessuna indicazione. Il posto non è eccezionale e per certi versi veramente improvvisato. Stanze mediocri non proprio pulite, niente stufetta, il bagno in comune da dimenticare, scale strette per salire al piano di sopra. L'unica cosa pregevole è il bel panorama sulla città. La proprietaria è simpatica e disponibile e ci prepara una buona colazione. Il costo non proprio economico.
