Reviewed By maryannc427I booked a reservation during the holidays for 12/24 & 12/25. The website stated 4 day advance cancelation required. My plans changed. I canceled my reservation 12/19 which was 4 days before I was to arrive. I was charged for the night even though I met the requirements listed at time of booking. In fact my credit card company was sent a false document by the hotel showing '7 day cancelation required'. I was charged $178. by the hotel. I would not have booked this hotel, if cancellation was listed as 7 day. I contested the charge and hotel provided fake document stating It had to be canceled 7 days before arrival. Don't trust this hotel. I have 159,000 points with this chain at other locations. I unfortunately trusted these people and didn't print off my documents. Cancelled my trip.

After trying to figure out what I did wrong, (went to the wrong hotel) Lucy at the front desk was so nice, we decided to take the time to cancel the other reservation and check-in. The hotel crew was all nice and friendly to us and to each other. The hotel was very well priced, clean, Lucy at the frontdesk reminded us it was free parking, free wifi, free breakfast.... The rooms were easy to find, large, clean, had a coffee machine and fridge, wifi easy to sign on, the TV was easy to use, the room warmed up quickly. I just had to send a pizza to the front desk for all their help. We put this hotel on our favorite list. Happy holidays!!

Room was ok, Staff was Horrible
Reviewed By cindybE7975JSThe room was clean, did not smell and was a decent price. The man at the front desk was unfriendly, unhelpful and just ignored us. Trash can at the front was overflowing onto the ground. I told the man at the front desk and the trash on the ground was picked up but the trash remained full the whole time we were there. Loud noise from the road in front can be heard in the rooms, no matter what the man at the front desk says. The internet didnt' work and had to tell the man at the front desk. We were told the light "breakfast" in the morning was coffee and danish. It was a box of Hostess Twinkies and Cupcakes. When I asked about this he said that is what they give him to put out. The Handicapped parking space was not wide enough to get out on the passenger side safely. The curbs on that side around the planter was broken and you had to walk over gravel and broken pieces of curb.

Reviewed By gsT8220NYWe stayed for one-night and even though the hotel is need of some updating the rooms are clean and the staff is great. Each individual was helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention ready and willing to help us with questions and even our bags. We had a wonderful experience.

Motel 6 is better
Reviewed By X6857NNmikea11 PM been driving all night I stopped here to meet a friend, so I called ahead and made the reservation.Never read the reviews nor did I see the place.I got here and I told my wife I don’t see any difference between this and the Motel 6. I refused to go to Motel 6 because they’re all wore out still stuck in the 80s. And there’s usually nasty losers .$180 dollars for one night curtains are tore and ripped and hanging down, holes in the wall,the place smells musty like dirt. Are you kidding me. we went to the desk for a refund and to go somewhere else but nobody was at the desk they won’t answer the phone.it’s too late now just gonna go to sleep. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Please read and Believe the reviews honest.
