Nice place/terrible experience
Reviewed By Dom_LockGuesthouse at the first sight look nice, clean and modern, we spend there 5 days. Room was big with balcony enough for couple with kid and dog. We chose this guesthouse because they should have nice breakfast, spa and playroom. But their service from begining was terrible. Comunication with us almost at zero point if they dont want money for something. They offer cot for kids so we booked it on booking, but after we came, there was just cot with naked mattress with no pillow and no blanked. They said, that everybody take their from home, but no info on pages or somewhere. Plus, they charge you 40 pln every day for naked cot but information on pages said that 40 pln is for the stay. We've never encountered this and we travel a lot. In the morning it should be buffet breakfast, but no apollogy that its differnet and why. They just give you what they wanted in cheap quality. With no option of sweet breakfast. Also for drink was just coffe and tea, if you wanted juice, they charge extra money. We had breakfast included. After 3 days of these pre-prepared table breakfast come finally 2 days of buffet breakfast, but it was not better, same cr*p just on diffrent place, with no much more options. (no juice, no honey, no jam, no sweet pastry, no fruits...) Dinner that was like 20 years back experience, uncooked pasta, caned mushrooms and oversalted. After all this we wanted relaxed in jacuzzi. But jacuzzi didn't work, as read later on booking some rewiews it doesnt work for some time already. When it was rainy we wanted go to the playroom and we find out that there is no playroom anymore. We came there especially for these two things. Also no information on pages. One day we got back from trip after midday, the gate to the parking was closed so we had to wait right in front of the gate cause nobody was there, it was about 13 p.m.. After 10 minutes keepers came with no apology or explanation how you should enter if they are not there. Its very sad to see beautiful place with big potencial in hands of stupid, lazy people.

Chybotek is situated in the heart of Karkonosze Mountains, on an altitude 665 meters above sea level. The whole complex consists of: Restaurant, apartament house and residence place. You will also find two outdoor fireplaces, playing field, sunny terrace with sunbeds and over a hectare of land. Quiet, tranquil place.

Reviewed By 494henkpThis is not a hotel, it is a pension. Keeping that in mind you can understand the quality of the place. If they fire up their heating systems, the smoke outside is unbearable so do not open a window or go to the terras. The food in the restaurant is poor, the rooms are basic and not clean, the WiFi is barely working. I'm not going back.

Reviewed By Pa GWitam :) Więc zacznę od tego iż Przesieka to jedna z moich ulubionych miejscowości na odpoczynek w Polsce. Świeże powietrze, piękne widoki i masa różnych szlaków nadajacych sie zarówno dla rodzin z dziećmi jak i pasjonatów gór. Grzywaczówka jest naprawde godna wyróżnienia i polecenia. Domki sa bardzo dobrze przystosowane ( byłem w każdym, różnią sie wielkością) jest też apartament który został wyremontowany i teraz jest o wiele lepiej jak w przeszłości. Został on wyposażony w kominek i odświeżono wnętrze. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Ośrodek jest ogrodzony i przyjazny dla zwierząt. Na terenie znajduje się domek osadzony na drzewie i robi świetne wrazenie( filmik można znaleźć na Youtube, wystarczy wpisać grzywaczówka. Zamieszkanie w nim to super przygoda. Usytuowany jest 5m nad ziemia i z tarasu rozpościera się piękny widok na dolinę czerwienia. Do użytku dla gości jest również zadaszony grill w którym można również zrobić ognisko. Jest parking, placyk zabaw dla dzieci i drugi domek na drzewie ale przeznaczony do zabawy dla dzieci. W ogólnej ocenie jest bardzo dobrze i ciężko jest znaleźć coś do czego można się przyczepić :p POLECAM :))))

Reviewed By nataszka55Dziwne budynek stary, pokój studio dla 2 rodzin okazał się pokojem 4 osobowym z 3 łóżkami a miały być 2 pokoje, zdjęcia w Internecie NIE ODPOWIADAJĄ rzczywistości brak ręczników itd, zamknięto swietlice, na śniadaniu były przeterminowane jogurty, przy grillu dla 60 osób podano miskę sałatki brakło dla połowy osób niestety nie doniesiono, na tarasie spruchniałe ławki i stoły, widok i powietrze ok ale to niezależne od właścicieli
