Reviewed By 244bittermIn the summer of 2019 we found the restaurant pretty good and the receptionist not especially friendly. This year it was exactly the other way round. The new receptionist was really going out of her way to ensure we had a good experience. This time, unfortunatelly it was the chef who made us wonder . Having a small child, I always check the menu before hand just to make sure there is something my daughter is willing to eat. I was surprised not to see any kids meals there so I emailed the hotel asking if my daughter could have something as simple as spaghetti. I was reassured it would be no problem, in fact the chef was happy to provide any kids meal that might be required and would not even charge anything if the kid was up to 6 yrs of age. I found that a bit suspicious but decided to trust the information. When we asked the waiter for pasta, he informed us they had no pasta available in the restaurant and neither it was possible to order french fries. No alternative was offered. At the end daughter ended up eating a relatively large piece of pastry that came with my husband's soup. Fortunately we had our own food packed also, otherwise we would have wasted time driving to a supermarket. I found this extremely disappointing. When discussed with the receptionist later, she told us they used to have children dishes on the menu but the new chef removed them all. On top of that, we were not even allowed to eat our lunch and dinner at a table outside because the chef allegedly cannot guarantee the same quality of the meals if those are eaten outside. I felt sorry for the waiter who clearly had to repeat it to all the coming guests who naturally wanted to sit in the pleasant weather outside. The chef's patronizing and unwelcoming attitude should not be tolerated as the hotel itself improved a lot since our first visit. Now the chef is dragging it down again to the maximum of 3 stars. A terrible shame as the room was immaculate, the garden is stunning and the wellness is really top notch. I hope the hotel management reads the reviews here. We would be actually happy to revisit if they decided to hire a more reasonable chef in the future. I should also say that the food itself was average, nothing the chef should be especially proud of. Breakfast offer very limited also. Sound insulation is missing in the main building.

Time Cafe is a Waste of Time

After he told us that if we did not like his place we should leave... we did so the first thing the next morning. While the room was large enough to be comfortable, that about sums up the positives. The negatives include: steep staircase (no lift to get to the top floor), motion sensors for the lights don't come on easily so one has to clamber up the stairs in the dark, no washing machine in the bathroom even though provision for it was there, the owner had switched off power to the stove and would not allow it to be switched on, the towels were poor quality and as thin as tissue paper, half of the cutlery and crockery was not provided, the parking area was a muddy mess and only accessible by driving over the roadside curb to get to it, and the biggest problem of all was that the room was absolutely freezing and the owner downright refused to increase the temperature setting on the thermostat.

Reviewed By Stephen RAs group we were overall very satisfied with the hotel. Accommodation was clean, food was good, service was good. We had 2 Vegetarian and one Paleo diet and these were well catered for. A couple of points could have been better: packed lunch often had sandwiches which fell to pieces due to lack of butter, dinner contained little or no vegetables (this is Eastern Europe). Music group on Friday and Saturday evenings was a varied choice and easy to listen and dance to. For the group the price quality ratio was very high.

Reviewed By kvetnataVcelku pěkné ubytování kazí drobné detaily. Je vidět velký kus práce, který byl na objektu vykonán, ještě jí ale dost zbývá, aby vše bylo dokonalé. Pokoj byl příjemný, jednoduše vybavený, čistý. Velmi oceňuji samostatné WC. Ty drobnosti, které lehce zkazily dojem, určitě budou do budoucna napraveny, ale zatím tam prostě jsou - chodba od restaurace k pokojům připomínala skladiště, stejně jako dvůr - parkoviště za domem. Celková strohost chodeb penzionu působí neútulně. Největší problém byl ovšem se soukromým večírkem v konferenčním sálu restaurace, opravdu hlasitá hudba (ještě ke všemu ve stylu oldies 80. let) hrála až do brzkých ranních hodin tak, že drnčela podlaha i nábytek. Nebýt tohoto večírku, celkové hodnocení by bylo určitě vyšší.

Reviewed By dagmartrCelkem slušné ubytování, čisto, příjemná paní, velice ochotná. Nevýhoda je rušná silnice pod okny, někoho to při spaní může rušit, jako třeba mého manžela. Káva a čaj zdarma je fajn, lednici na pokoji jsme museli vypnout, protože byla hlučná.

Reviewed By GianlucaScinettiHo soggiornato per lavoro 3 giorni in questo albergo ristrutturato di recente, posizione centrale rispetto al paese, sulla via principale, molto trafficata a tutte le ore, (sconsiglio le camere sulla strada per totale mancanza di isolamento acustico). Camera deluxe con divanetto, abbastanza pulita ma non troppo confortevole, sicuramente un punto debole è appunto il rumore della strada, ma anche delle altre camere, si sente tutto, riscaldamento centralizzato, quindi se avrete freddo non potete far nulla, mancanza di ciabatte che invece erano indicate, nessun kit in bagno se non solamente il sapone. Acqua calda molto instabile e con lunghi tempi di attesa, la cosa peggiore è comunque stato il fatto che in 3 giorni, non ci abbiamo mai rifatto le camere, mai! Cosa assolutamente inconcepibile anche perchè il prezzo è decisamente sopra la media. Parcheggio non troppo grande, colazione mediocre, poca scelta e cibi di bassa qualità. Personale cortese che parla bene inglese. Il ristorante (che non fa parte dell’albergo) è un punto di forza enorme! Piatti ottimi e prezzi più che ragionevoli, un punto della recensione va a quello. In poche parole le potenzialità ci sono, ma c’è molta strada da fare

Reviewed By Ota MMilé uvítání, plno informací kolem ubytování, bezbariérový přístupu,parkování před penzionem, ale jen pro 4 auta. Pak je ještě možné parkovat přes ulici. Pokoj byl čistý, utřený prach. Pokoje jsou v uzavřeném dvoře, což činí penzion zajímavým. Určitě nebudu váhat si to tu znova objednat, pokud sem budu mít opět cestu.

Reviewed By Piter_13Siamo partiti da Sicilia con mia moglie per visitare cita Pribram.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza sulla questa struttura.Ma come siamo arrivati,tutto chiuso.Dopo mezzo ore di chiamate mi a deto proprietario,che purtroppo no funziona acqua calda e sono in riconstruzione.Meno male,che abbiamo trovato un albergo vicino e secondo giorno mi aveva detto un amico,che questo proprietario e un trufatore.Per fortuna no abbiamo paggato acconto.State atento per questa struttura che no funziona...anche per agenzia Hotely.CZ,che ofre questo allogio senza sapere le condizioni di pensione Sebastopol...
