All staff were very, very good, attentive, quick and friendly especially in the restaurants/bars. Animation/entertainment staff were great too. We only had a standard room but it was fine, a good size and cleaned daily.. Read on here prior to going that food not great and not hot which was so not true. Plenty of choice/variety at lunch and evenings and always hot. Never once felt the need to dine out of hotel. Going out of the resort was nice too with lots to see and do, the locals were friendly/helpful... Beaches were clean and there was plenty of watersports going on... Thanks Imed and guest relations team you were amazing!!

This hotel had an upgrade in 2014, so it's sporting a stylish new look. less than a ten-minute walk from a long ribbon of sand. Plus, a cab into Port EI Kantaoui takes less than five minutes. And if you want to explore a bit further out, the city of Sousse and its ancient medina are only a 15-minute drive.

The food is very good for an all inclusive and they vary the choices everyday. Good entertainment for kids and all the staff are very hard working.

Reviewed By rosanna84904We have just returned from this hotel and have been so disappointed we have wanted to visit this hotel for a while but chose others as this hotel is very expensive I will start with the positives On arrival you will see the beautiful driveway and grand entrance to the hotel the reception area is also very grand The rooms are amazing. Massive bed as well as a full size sofa amazing pool area the biggest we have ever seen. The staff work very hard always keen to serve you they appear very very overworked with minimal staff in bars and restaurant. But they always do their best to ensure the tables are clean and set and drinks are dispensed quickly but it seems extremely unfair how overworked they are The animation team work hard to please their guests The towels in the rooms and around the pool are very shabby to be honest I would have thrown them away they are not a good enough standard for a 5 star hotel. The food is excellent with many many choices of main meals salads etc . There are always around 5 or 6 Tunisian dishes available as well as many other main meals. Fresh fruit and vegetable selections are very poor in fact we went out of the hotel to buy fruit as all we could get in the hotel were oranges grapefruit peaches and apricots During our 2 week stay we saw melon served once and strawberries twice which is certainly not what we have seen in neighbouring hotels. Small selection of vegetables. The rooms were cleaned to a satisfactory standard we had a mini bar with a bottle of water 1 x small Fanta orange 1x small coke this was topped up twice during our stay drinks facility 3 tea bags 2 sugar sachets no milk NOT topped up in our 2 week stay Minimal information given at check in and no information folder in our room ! Which we feel is very poor as guests need to feel secure in their room we did not even have receptions number in case of an emergency! No number for room service !! The rep Linda tried her very hardest for her guests she is always visible and comes into the pool and beach area to check her guests are ok and to offer any assistance. Excellent tui rep. Our main dissatisfaction was that we paid 5 star money for a 5 star hotel and in our opinion it is not to a 5 star standard. We have visited the next door 4 star hotel many times and we feel the standards there are so much better. During our stay we felt there were clear cutbacks in many areas Poor staffing levels , poor quality towels , no air con may it came on June 1 st despite it being 28 degrees and unbearable in our room we had a ceiling fan which just circulated hot air around. Carpets on corridors shoddy and in a disgusting state again not what you expect in a 5 star hotel ! Cost cutting lighting on all corridors meaning the corridors were PITCH BLACK you had to walk into the dark for the sensor light to be triggered it was very scary moving into the corridors at night clearly this was to save money which as a female I was scared to go to my room alone if my husband was busy ! To be honest this was one of the worst t set ups I have ever seen I have been visiting for 15 yrs and never seen this in any neighbouring hotels. Nothing too much trouble

Tunisia much like most holiday destinations is still struggling to recover after the Pandemic so the hotel was quieter than expected but from start to finish of our stay the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing holiday. From the staff in reception to Ricard by the pool the wonderful staff in the Lobby Bar and especially Fraj 'Reg' in the main restaurant who treated my 79 year old Mum like a queen everyone truly seemed like they wanted us to have the best experience possible. I have travelled all around the world and have never received this level of service. All of the pictures we saw prior to travelling were exactly what the hotel was like. Everyone was so friendly and this seemed to extend itself to the guests we have never spoken to so many people from French to Czechs to Belgians and Polish it was such a wonderful atmosphere. If you are looking for a holiday in a stunning hotel in beautiful surroundings where the staff really are there for you then the Sentido Belleview Park is the place for you.

Reviewed By sarahkA6184KIA great week away with the family, the pool and slides were great. The staff could not do enough to make us feel happy, welcome and meet our needs. The entertainment staff are brilliant and kept the kids and us entertained all week. The food was varied and something for everyone. Bar staff were great and always ready to bring more drinks. There is a music venue close to the hotel but this did not disturb the kids sleep. A good fun holiday with a mixture of guest who were all chatty and good to get along with. We would definitely return.
