We are a bicycle-friendly hotel - its proximity to the "Elberadweg" allows you to directly start your cycling in the nearby area.
Braumeister Room at Pirnscher Hof "unique"
Reviewed By Oliver WWe stayed there for only one night (should have been more) and the Braumeister Zimmer is really worth it. Not only is it a very large room, but the bed is comfortable and the view (day or night) over the "Alststadt" is very charming. It has several restaurants within a few meters and its own downstairs, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for the memorable last evening in Germany. We will certainly be back!! Oh almost forgot, if you want to taste local beer, that room has a special facility to have a barrel of beer attached, and there is enough seating for friends to enjoy a 5L home brewed beer!

Reviewed By D GOne Night Stay - Excellent staff, very comfortable rooms. Renata & Jana are a credit to the Hotel, both made us very welcome from the moment we stepped inside. The rooms are very comfortable, have a secluded balcony overlooking the tennis courts. We even asked the chef to join us and gave him a round of applause, food SUPERB! 10/10 thank you to you all for such a fantastic welcome.

Lovely breakfast
Reviewed By Fiona_MayneThe hotel is just over the road from the station, which makes it very useful. A car park was most helpful for us. The room was clean with a fridge. The bathroom was small and there was no lift. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise in a warm, light breakfast room. There was a large choice of options, including fresh fruit. Unfortunately the WLAN didn't work.

Reviewed By TomOpoA search operation for rooms in two different buildings, staff could not be bothered, no real bike storage, but a nice breakfast in close-by hotel. If you like exploring to find your room, this is it. Some rooms tiny tiny, but clean and well-equipped overall.

Lack of Personalized Service, Quality and Attention to Details.
Reviewed By Diego CI booked my room through Booking.com for 1 night. Í must say the room is very clean, hot shower, nice view to the elbe River.... But, the overall experience was not that good. Upon arrival, the lady did a very quick check in and Just sent you to the room without telling you where it was. The entire hotel is being remodeled and in construction, which í Was not being told that this was happening. The restaurant service was okay for lunch, tiny portions and expensive with not so much taste. For dinner í Was surprised there were only 2 waitresses for the hotel event service and for the restaurant, they look they had to clon themselves as there was a big family event. Í order the schnitzel with pommes and a portion of Mayo. Even though ít was fairly quick, food quality was okay and not well cooked, they never passed me the side of Mayo as well. Next Day upon paying í Was charged for extra pommes and mayo, two things that í Never had. I mainly choose this hotel because upon reading the reviews in booking.com they said that the breakfast was excellent... Dissapointed...expensive 9.20 euro for what they offer. Normal bread, not fresh fruit (probably it was from Last night event), not enough ham or cheese and so on. The waitress never refilled the stations. I do say that the manager Herr Weiss was friendly and gave good advises. Please note there is nothing around the área (other than pirna a few minutes by car, 40 min walking), so if you want to have dinner or snacks their expensive restaurant us the only available. Overall the lack of Personalized service and Attention to Details made me give you a 3 2 stars. Í Will not recommend this hotel.

A very nice little hotel
Reviewed By S_HvassWe stayed here for 2 nights, a week apart. Both our stays were of the same high quality. We had 2 good nights sleep. The hotel has just reopened after a total renovation, so everything is new, and nothing is showing any signs of being old and tired. On the first stay, we had breakfast in the hotel, and that was good - everything you need to get your day of to a good start. On the second stay, we had to across the street to the sister hotel, to have breakfast - again, it was good. The hotel is in the Historical part of Pirna, and therefore very close to all the attractions and a lot of good places to eat. The only downside, is that they do not have wifi. We would stay here again, if we visit Pirna again.
