It is composed of spacious apartments, each in separate building. It offers conference centre, sporting courts and parking facilities.
Outdated resort for active holiday.
Reviewed By Paul_BSLThe place is outdated. We had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with garden at the back and terrace/garden in the front. The apartment is very noisy. There is only one bad old bed/couch and 4 table chairs to sit on. The tableware does not have bowls or thee mugs. There is no wifi in the apartment. Outside , at the pool and in the restaurant there is free wifi but slow. The apartment was not very clean ( cobwebs on the sealing and dirt in the bathroom). The bedroom has such a poor ventilation that a mechanical ventilation is installed. Next to the switch there is the request to leave it on. But it makes to much noise to sleep with. If you switch it off the room gets a moisturized smell. The TV is small approx 32cm It has mainly italian channels and some international news channels. The tennis court and the swimming pool are very nice. Pool was heated to a nice teperature. During our stay 3 of the 6 swim lanes were occupied by a group and could not be used. The sunbeds at the pool requires a replacement. You are lying on the plastic frame of the bed. The quality of the restaurant is good. But the menu is limited. All the pasta dishes had fish. The shop was closed and no bus to the beach (in September the season ends). There is no service to buy bread in the morning. This place is really for an active and sport holiday. Where you use the apartment only as bedroom and the pool only for swimming.

Reviewed By SimonEnglishTravelsI stayed recently for 2 nights and then extended for another night. The town is lovely and this location is super central you can walk everywhere. Appt was clean and well equipped and spacious, packed for nothing. BUT the hot water was very slow, the wifi very poor signal and the electric shutter in the bedroom would not lower completely. Shame. Otherwise great!

40 Euro for Sunbed and Parasol

Sunbathing, swimming having lunch, etc. We went to ask for the price of Sunbed and Parasol and expected around 18-20 Euro like in similiar Establishment. They asked for 40 Euro! I asked again to make sure a didn't mishear. 40 Euro. This outrageous.

Reviewed By AngelswifeBeautiful view. Rooms very modern and quirky (we were in bamboo and also saw Blue - both cute!!!), with a nespresso machine and a fridge, though missing a kettle. The gardens are lovely, but be aware of the bees. Access to pool is great, gets busy though so get there early! Free parking always nice! Access to beach is available but small and pebbly. Gym times vary so be aware of that - call ahead. Breakfast is Italian style - sugar and pastries… not for everyone but it is plentiful as you can have as many as you want - same for tea and coffee (just ask!!). Overall a nice stay! We ate in our room - might be an idea for the resort to provide plates as there is a table and cutlery is already provided.

Good hotel, but we expected more
Reviewed By VictoriaSPbThere were no huge defects, but after viewing the photos and for the price 83 euro we expected more relaxing place (real borgo degli olivi!) and with more services. + Our room was clean and comfortable – with fridge, hairdryer, safe and conditioning + The bathroom was huge with two parts – sink and shower-toilet + Breakfast was as sweet so salty, even with hot dishes (omelet and bacon) but without fresh vegetables and fruits – very strange for the hotel of this level. + Reception was very helpful and polite + There is a free private parking which you can use 24 hours a day + The swimming pool is clean and comfortable, with sunbeds, shower, toilets (everything is free) and a small bar + There is a good supermarket near the hotel - Hotel has a big territory with olive and pine trees, but there are no places for outside relax e.g. terrases, benches, pergolas etc., only swimming pool with sunbeds which is open during daylight hours. - Rooms are situated so that when you exit to the balcony you see all your neighbours and they see you (shared balcony), so there is no privacy. - Wi-Fi didn’t work near the swimming pool and every time when we used it in the hotel we had to register and later we have received a lot of spam by email. - Although where was Wi-Fi in our room (which was situated above the reception) there was no mobile connection. - Our room was spacious and comfortable but there wasn’t enough light in the evening and it was too simple and not very cosy for the hotel of this level (standard room of standard hotel for business trips) - It is a hotel neither for the vacation on the beach (about 6 km far from the seaside), nor for the country-weekend cause there is nothing to do.

Reviewed By arttravellerguideI spent a weekend in the town of Piombino after a few years I had been there. This hotel is located in a central position near restaurants and cafés and it is very clean and comfortable. The staff was also kind. The price was cheap.

Reviewed By 780alwynbWe had a double room which was spotlessly clean, fantastic bed (very good night's sleep in super comfortable bed). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value for money despite the stupid Covid regulations imposed.

Reviewed By syds_local_eatsMy friends and I, 7 of us in total, stayed one night here while we visited Piombino per our professors recommendation. The service was above and beyond the lady at the front desk was so personable making all of us feel at home right when we checked in, might I add they were able to check us in a few hours before normal checked in which was a blessing! Was able to set our stuff down before heading to the beach. The lady at the front desk also gave us great directions and spoke very good English. The rooms were comfy and the air conditioning was sweet relief. There was plenty of towels along with extra pillows and blankets already in room upon arrival. Bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. Very roomy, hot water and 2 shower heads and jets in the wall!!! Next time I’m in piombino I will be staying here. Oh also they had bottled water for us which was an added bonus. Also, hahaha there’s just so many good things I could talk about, we bought wine from the grocery store and they were kind enough to open them for us because we didn’t have a wine opener. If the owners are reading this thank you so much you really made our quick Piombino trip memorable!
