Reviewed By Dwayne HMandi Madison & Biko McGruder were very helpful during our stay. she was able to help with our room upgrade! The hidden feature is ice cream in the same parking lot for the kids! Two nice pools and lots of shade round out the beach area.

Reviewed By HGAL2015We stayed in Sept. 2014 last time. We came May 8-15 this 2022. This property has been remodeled and It looks great. The people that do the house keeping does a great job. We stayed for a week and was taken care of new clean towels and picking up our garbage every after 2 days. They did a great jobs. House keeping need a raise. The morning breakfast was great. They cooked great and keep the dining area clean. They need a raise too. The floors all over the motel was clean. All of the workers do great. They worked all day. We will come back soon this year and not waiting for 8 years. This Holiday Inn Express in Pensacola Beach on 333 Fort Pickens Road has be the best we stayed,,,, CLEAN !!!

The hotel is clean and unless you need something the crew leaves you alone, which we do enjoy and appreciate that a lot. We will be going back for our summer vacation next year. Reviewed By stevecR6442LYThis was the absolute worst place we ever reserved through Trip Advisor. Smelled of chlorine. Horrible, dank bare room. The so called office was only one of the rooms and stank. The pool is tiny. The location sketchy. Do not reserve anything here.
