The room was large and comfortable - the decor was a bit tired, and the bathroom was on the small size with a weak shower but overall pleasant and the large bed give us a great nights sleep The breakfast staff were so friendly and would make up any hot eggs or sausage as desired - the kielbasa was delicious. The gentleman on breakfast was so friendly and a credit to the hotel. A special mention is deserved. One main drawback was the owner? (In the red trousers) smoking in reception (and we saw someone else smoking at the door of the kitchen). The whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke which in 2018 shouldn’t have to be flagged up or tolerated. It would be simpler just to take the fags outside. We’ve stayed in 3 hotels in Brzeg and we would stay again but might not be our first choice. You can’t argue with the price though.

Reviewed By TravelTruth12Looking at the pictures from internet and history, a lot of people might be dreaming to spend a night in this castle for one meaningful experience, but... let me explain in order : 1. You can't book this castle through any agency like booking.com or even in the website. To be able to book, you need to communicate by email to discuss everything like availability, prices, etc. They require down payment as well! But how is it possible if no option to book online? So you need to transfer money to their account (I have no clue what will happen if you don't have PLN account) and then they will reply you it's confirmed - without any booking number! 2. Once you arrive there, since you don't have booking number so you just need to mention your name and give any type of identity card (I give my hospital card for example) and they will print A4 confirmation paper for you. It's better to have one Polish speaking person accompany you. 3. How about the stay? I can't comment much as I chose not to stay once arrived here but the picture people posting are mostly about the outer view and cafeteria which is in fact nice. But try to look for exact picture of the room, hotel corridor, etc before you decide. If i'm not mistaken most of the room are having shared bathroom as well. Hope this review helps and enjoy the astonishing view of Moszna exterior!

Reviewed By MarioA728Arrived in the Hotel and obtained my key, I understood that something was not working in the room: it was cold. I obtained immediate support (last guest turned off the heater). Then I understood there was a Spa in the hotel, but I only had two hours remaining (20 to 22), would risk to lose dinner and, above all, didn’t had swimsuit with me. I’ve been immediately supported at the lobby: they called the spa, inviting them to explain me everything, and on top of this they offered to order dinner very late for me. As an outcome: I went to the spa, was provided with everything I needed, had a wonderful Turkish bath and Finnish Sauna, could swim in the swimming pool and, finally, I had a delightful dinner (see photos: as good as it appear). Nice rooms and bath. Good experience. I will come back for sure.

One of the nicest hotels I stayed in
Reviewed By Anna NI loved the apartment I stayed it! It was goregous and comfortable (in reality even nicer than in the pictures). Everything in the hotel was in immacate condition. All of the hotel staff was extremelly friendly, attentive and wellcoming. I enjoyed a nice breakfast buffet: wide selection, very good quality, excellent coffee, option to sit at the terrace. Despite being on a business trip I felt really well rested after my stay and would happily stay there much longer.
