Reviewed By carolleeg856Nice quiet place. I stayed here while traveling and it is very close to gas stations, fast food, and the highway. I didn't find it loud and was able to sleep well. The owner was very friendly and the rooms where clean. Just be careful of the hot water, because it's very hot.

Very good stay
Reviewed By Jacqueline WHad a great stay at Petawawa's Quality Inn. Everything worked out as hoped and expected. Upon arrival we were given bottles of water and cookies by a friendly receptionist. The room was a good size, clean, with a fridge, a good number of TV channels, lots of hot water in the bath/shower. Our dog was allowed in the 1st floor room for an extra $15 charge. Breakfast was self-serve with yoghurt, various types of bread, cream cheese, small omelettes, waffles, coffee, juice etc. available. There is a small indoor pool which I did not use. The hotel is located on the main drag with a very nice park on one side, stores & a restaurant on another, and a small forest a very short walk away. I would stay here again when I return to Petawawa and recommend Quality Inn & Suites.

Great meals, attentive, friendly staff, and owners, It was obvious that everyone working at the property wanted to ensure a great guest experience. Our room was clean, neat and tidy, and had a comfortable bed. We highly recommend this property! The spa services was a highlight for me, and part of the reason we chose this property. I was not disappointed! The spa is located in a small building with a beautiful view of the lake. Spa staff are wonderful, and the services I experienced were absolutely excellent.

Reviewed By cuddlypolarbearThe hotel is clean and modern and the front desk staff are super helpful and friendly, rooms are spacious and well maintained. There is a complementary breakfast however if you want to take it to your room, they give you a bag of sugar and carbs and not the option of taking the hot food upstairs (which is really disappointing considering the price of the stay per night and its my choice to eat in my room) Don't bother asking for a late check out either, apparently 30mins extra for someone with platinum elite status won't ever happen, yet as I sat in the lobby waiting several rooms checked out late with no issue. I gave this hotel an average rating as there is much improvement needed when dealing with paying guests.

Reviewed By Explore468434The hotel is a charming building with friendly staff. We stayed two nights, one of them with no power whatsoever nor warm water. This was however not the hotel’s fault as a big storm hit southern Ontario leaving many in the same unfortunate situation. The Hotel managed everything greatly despite the circumstances. If you’re in the area, or travelling to Ottawa, it’s worth going a little out of your way to support this small business instead of staying with the big Hotel chains. You won’t be disappointed.

Reviewed By MaryJane MReally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was very clean and nicely furnished and the view was great. The hotel is in the heart of Arnprior - we walked to Negi, an Indian restaurant and the food was fantastic. There are trails right at the hotel's doorstep where you can walk along the river on both sides. So enjoyable - I will be back for sure. A beautiful small town experience. Good coffee and muffins available in the lobby in the morning. Coffee in the room was quite good also. Gym available on site. Nice quality comfy bedding.

No noise, close to amenities. Highly recommend.. Also most hotels require credit card, you can pay cash deposit and ID which is another great plus

Worst hotel ever
Reviewed By HerroniThere were dead bugs in the window ceil, cob webs all over the room and bathroom. 2 alive bugs found in the bathroom. I complained to front desk and she said she would give me a cloth to clean them up. The next day the cleaners didn't clean them up either. Very disgusted and disappointed by this Hotel. No restaurant at the hotel and the pool not working either. Honestly, never stay there, Air BnB would of been so much better.

Reviewed By paulmH2019XDWe always have a good stay, and it’s close to where we visit. We never stay for breakfast as I love my poached eggs. Will definitely be back! We have told many of our stay at the Super 8 and the price is right. Only one thing, time for some new pillows! And fridge was not working…..no coffee makers, no microwaves in rooms.
