Reviewed By uabhasach_DJI was impressed with the service and the room. There was even a sanitary napkin in the bathroom. Never have I seen that small but considerate detail before. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good sleep, which usually is impossible for me in a hotel.

In the bathroom: 1) the toilet did not flush completely; 2) the sink stopper did not work properly ( had to use my own); 3) one of the fluorescent lights was breaking down and buzzing; 4) both toilet paper rolls were almost out on arrival so I had to ask for more. FYI, it was room 307. These are all fairly minor fixable things that should be part on ongoing housekeeping. When I noted those items at checkout, the clerk seemed not very interested in what I had to say. Larger issues are that the room was too small for 2 queen beds, leaving room for only one chair. All horizontal surfaces including the desk were glass-topped, so could not use a mouse on the surface. Overall decor was a bit tired. One bright spot was the restaurant. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The hotel is very conveniently located. I could have easily given a fourth star if all the minor bathroom issues had been fixed before our arrival.

Reviewed By POLLYANNA57Attentive Management and hard working Staff visibly ensure this Hotel runs well. Our room was huge. Seating, beds and the Kitchen were excellent. Complex fastidiously clean. Easy free parking and the Breakfasts excellent. Good location and view from our balcony was to the mountains. Perfect Hotel for families visiting the Tourist Park attraction, Rattlesnake Canyon, next door. Osoyoos is a lovely town and several older towns nearby are all worth a visit.

Reviewed By marialynnvancouverWe just had a three night stay here and totally enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The pool area was lovely. All the outside areas including the beach was very clean. The bbqs were great and we made good use of them. Parking convenient, underground and no charge. My only comment would be the staff. Most were absolutely friendly, helpful, cheery good mornings..... but we had a couple that I would not describe as rude but very aloof with one word answers. But with that said, that is a minor comment as most were so helpful. We are glad we discovered this place and will definetly be back. Highly Recommend.

Reviewed By _melpel_1Our family stayed here for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great. It was within walking distance to food and local amenities. There were some restrictions on pool pool use due to lingering COVID restrictions; however, we were able to use the pool twice at times that worked for us. I saw a housekeeper scrubbing the pool area down and she did a great job. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly. The only minor downside is there is only one staff member on in the evening so if you are missing something in your room you will have to go down and get it yourself.

The hotel was clean, there is no fan in the bathroom, turned on the heater and thought it was going to catch on fire, but the breakfast was decent. Won’t stay here again, the house keeping staff can keep the coat, money and keep rewarding themselves.

Reviewed By Stephen VI am baffled by the negative reviews. Our king water view room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our two night stay on the beach. The room was updated and showed no sign of age or wear. We had a bar fridge & microwave, desk with chair & arm chair with lots of room to relax and spread out. The coffee in the room was Starbucks, by far better than we have had in most other hotels. Great TV and no problems with the WIFI. Our balcony had two comfortable chairs and a table, facing a stunning view of the lake, surrounded by mountains and hills. The bathroom was clean and the shower water pressure was great. The soap and shampoo are Canadian products in large bottles, definitely more environmentally friendly than the mini bottles offered elsewhere. We watched the hotel beach front being raked in the mornings of any debris that had washed up overnight. There were lots of chairs on the beach to relax on, and water equipment available for rent. The common areas, carpets, pool area, reception area were clean and the staff we met were all friendly and helpful. Judging by the large parking lot, the hotel was full both nights and yet it was very quiet for sleeping. I did not see anywhere on the web page that the hotel offered a free breakfast, and we had no problem finding an excellent breakfast each morning at Ambrosia Restaurant down the street. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the main street for shops and restaurants. We pass through Osoyoos every year on our way to see the grand kiddies and wish we had tried the Coast hotel before. We will be back, and next time we will stay longer to enjoy the stunning view and the relaxing beach.
