Reviewed By kes8514This was our second time staying at the Turtle Bay properties, but our first time staying in the Ocean Front Villas. They were fantastic. The communication from the time we booked all the way up until check in was great. The villas themselves are plenty spacious and gave our 4 person family plenty of room. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is nice. The locker with all the goodies to use at the beach was a huge hit for our young kids. Turtle Bays property is incredible. If you've never been to it or stayed here I highly highly recommend it. From the beach area, to the hotel, to the pool and restaurants, the hiking, it's everything you want in a Hawaiian vacation. Unfortunately, after the remodel and renovations, staying in the actual Turtle Bay resort is not going to be an option for us. The renovations are absolutely incredible, but the prices are now outrageous. Definitely recommend staying at the Villas instead. They're more spacious, gated parking, etc. While still not cheap, their prices are much better overall. You can still use the beach and eat and walk all around the Turtle Bay properties. You can't use the pool (even though my 6 year old went down their water slide several times). Overall, our experience with Ocean Front Villas at Turtle Bay was top notch.

Tiki Moon Villas is a boutique collection of bungalows & suites on a private beachfront estate on Oahu's North Shore. We are directly on a half mile of beachfront across from the Polynesian Cultural Center. The six choices of bungalows & suites sleep up to 36 people. The six main rental selections can be booked together or separately. An ideal setting for a quiet honeymoon or a romantic getaway, as well as being family-friendly. Rented as a whole, Tiki Moon Villas is perfect as a beachfront destination wedding venue, suitable for family reunions, yoga retreats or small business retreats to name a few. Our beach is never crowded. Sea turtles poke their heads in greeting near shore, water is clear aqua and shallow for swimming and watching sea life bustling right underneath. Escape to the quiet side of Oahu. Watch the sun start its daily rise over the ocean from our gardens and beachfront. Let Oahu revive your body and spirit

Reviewed By Lacie BWe stayed in Oahu for 8 days, in different areas (Waikiki and Ko Olina) of the island for a few nights each and this was definitely one of our favorite places, and areas, we stayed. The beach is beautiful, we found some of the best food places between Laie and Haleiwa. Kualoa mountain range is not far and is absolutely beautiful, with tons of amazing beaches along the way. We will definitely stay here again. If I could make one minor recommendation to the host, it would be to add bowls to the selection of dishes available in the kitchen. My kids wanted cereal for breakfast and it would have been easier with bowls. Otherwise, zero complaints, this place is amazing!

Reviewed By Freedom59132053913Great location, very “rustic”. Beautiful or be on the beach and hear the ocean at night. But “CAVEAT EMPTOR”! This accommodation is more “cabin” than beach house. Lacking in many expected amenities, including hair dryer, bar soap, Kleenex, tea kettle, working dead bolt lock, and working TV. Serving bowls had to be washed first, there was grim abundant, and lots of dirty scraped baseboards and gouges with chipped paint everywhere. When I cleaned the floor with a wet Swiffer mop, it came back black with dirt. There are two overhead lights, no bedside lamp for reading. Pocket door for the bathroom is hard to move and very loud each time. Cook top did not work; Reuben came over and fooled with it and got one burner working. For the price—-$2960.00 for 5 nights— it was a rip off. You can’t charge top prices for poorly maintained properties.
