Worth the money
Reviewed By Poly ZAs we started to find a cheap room for 2 nights even at the RBNB!!! to Elafonisos or Neapolis, we were very dissapointed that we couldn't find a cheap room. Everything was from 90€+ ...so surprisingly we found from a site this group of rooms at 55 double room with breakfast in buffet!!!! It has all the facilitties kitchen, air contioning, fridge, clean & very nice breakfast included!! The most of all is that it is very near from the ferry 400m.!! comparing to Neapolis wich is 15 min driving & you can go there at night.

Very clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, great bonus - a balcony with a fantastic view (and you can dry your swimming suits there), fruit in the fridge for refreshment, wonderful breakfast bar, neat garden in the front to chill in the morning or at night with drink service and soft music, great beach right in front of the hotel, friendly personnel... Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation in this charming little town. Absolutely worth the drive from Athens.

Reviewed By FaniShandalThe quality of the hotel was surprisingly good for this not so heavily touristic aeea. The rooms were very nice indeed, the view from the balcony was... Simply perfect, the location of the hotel is ideal (2 min walk from a crystal clear sea) and 5 min walk from the main center of Neapolis. The bath products were also excellent and the personnel was very kind and professional. We also had a wonderful dinner in its restaurant. Definitely not to be missed! What was missing was some more breakfast variety. When in Neapolis or Elafonisos again, we are definitely staying there again.

The owners are very very polite and ready to serve you at theis best efforts!!, Very clena rooms and comfortable beds promise a nice sleep!! Close to the center of the town with access to restaurants and coffee shops. The best choice in Neapolis!!! Thank you !! We look forward to see you again!!!!

Great experience
Reviewed By Federica CWe have just spent a week in one of these amazing villas. Our was a 2 bedroom villa with all the comforts you can ask for: spacious, bright, brand new. There's a lovely pool in the middle of the garden and the villas face a deep blue uncontaminated sea. We love quiet places, a bit far from the chaotic tourists destinations, so we found just what we were looking for. On the other hand, the villas are just 3 minutes by car from Neapoli where you can find shops, restaurants and a lovely little harbour. The nearby beaches are great, with clean shallow water, perfect for children. There's a lovely lady called Nektaria who welcomes guests and was such a precious help during our stay! We will certainly go back to Lakonia and to Neapoli Villas. Mind you it's a long drive from Athens airport about 4 hours, but it's worth it!!!

Worst hotel booked.
Reviewed By ParthenickNoisy a/c, no double glazing so double noisy. Small and dirty toilet. Dirty linen not replaced. Too expensive for the above reasons. This was a last minute booking. Walking along the seaside I saw much better choices. I really can't understand why there are no negative reviews for this!
