Outdoor pools are amazing. Breakfast and buffet are very disappointing.

The pools are sublime. They are set in various locations going up the hillside and are all fun and different. It's a great place to take kids but it's also big enough to be very relaxing for anyone who wants peace and quiet. Beautiful views too. The spa sells itself as 'thermal baths' but I really don't think the waters are proper thermal bath waters. I think it's just hot water! I could be wrong but there was none of the typical sulphuric smell and a weekend there offered me no health improvements (I had sinus problems). I spent a night at the agriturismo and the room was fine but if it had been hot and I'd needed to keep the windows open, I would have been disturbed by the noise of the generator nearby. On a summer weekend I would imagine you'd be disturbed by the day guests arriving too. The only really bad thing was the buffet and breakfast room. At a health spa you expect good quality, healthy ingredients and dishes. The salad bar was very ordinary - like in a work canteen! There was only white bread on offer which surprised me. The breakfast was even worse. Bought cakes, white bread, artificial fruit juice and no offer of freshly squeezed orange juice or fresh fruit to eat. Perhaps the hostel and the campsite are better value. And there is a proper restaurant which I'm sure is better, though definitely more expensive than the buffet option. The staff were friendly. I would recommend going to the outdoor pools to enjoy as a fun and luxurious pool park, but not bothering with the spa or the agriturismo.

Had a lovely stay, room was very clean and specious. Hostess was very lovely and welcoming. The house didn`t have a restaurant but the recommendation for the nearby Demi Trattoria was just mind-blowing - the food was 110% delicious and so cheap. Best part of the trip!

Great establishment with awesome surroundings

I chose this location for the MotoGP race at Mugello 2016. It's about 1h15min drive from this location to the circuit. The location is an old italian farm situated on a hill top. The closest house is over the hill so the area is very quiet. The hosts are very nice and eager to make your stay as good as possible. We had an apartment and it was great. The room was fitted with anything you might want. It had a fully functionally kitchen, the bathroom is big, the shower even has a seat that can be extended (if you have a handicap and cannot stand). There is a big parking space so there will be no problem with parking. The food that is cooked is great and tasty. I will write some minuses but most of them do not bother me (very much or at all) but just to warn other people. Minus - the hosts only know italian and a little english. A problem for understanding each other but my language being close to italian i could understand most of what they are saying - it might be tricky to get to the location if it rains. It didn't rain while we were there but the road is not paved. The road is mostly a 1,3 lane (so 1 lane and 1/3 from another lane) and it has tarmac and rocks. We had a Smart Four Four and we didn;t had an issue climbing but we are experienced drivers. - The breakfast is not diverse. Here things might improve. - The internet (4g or wifi) is bad. It barely works. I think there is a problem with the fact that there are very few people living here and there is only one communication tower. All in all, i would rate 9 out of 10. I loved staying here and if i would ever decide to go back to Mugello circuit, i will probably stay here again.
