Excellent Staff, Poor Management
Reviewed By SenhorpowersI arrived by bus early and searched this Hotel, I arrived at the reception desk at 8:30. I asked for a room and was given the key to a room. I was helped incredibly by the receptionist organise my trip during the day and for my stay in the area. On moving to another room I was told I need to pay for the 3 1/2 hours before check in yesterday!! I have passed 17 states in Brazil and probably the same in countries. Never had I had to pay for 3.5 hours before check in. If the rooms available it's up to the hotel to let you in OR explain that check in is at 12. Don't tell me after I stay. I explained I wasn't happy paying, but on asking the receptionist the management insisted I'd pay. Poor management and a sad ending to a nice stay with what what seemed good people.

Good for the price charged
Reviewed By Mneto29Being in Mineiros it is a good place to stay, located right in downtown near most of all banks and restaurants. You can not expect a 5 star treatment but it is a fair hotel for a night of sleep. Breakfast buffet is ok not expect a lot of variety of foods but it is good. TV's are a small size and some cable channels available. The single beds are reaaaally small,,opt for a double bed.
