Reviewed By I4887FEashrafaNow if I could I would give it a 3.5 instead of 4, The place was clean and spacious and stuff it had a lot of facilities and without a doubt it was the best place in Kuakata, Detailed Review- This is mainly because the rooms were far away from the main road so there were no sounds of transport and as I went during the election time there was a lot of noise but thanks to the isolation we faced no problem. But there was a lack of private transport like Micro busses for long distances and autos can’t be found that easily so almost everything you do will result in some walking if you don’t have a personal car with you (Note-You can walk to the beach it’s not that far it’s like a 5 min walk) Also in the room some parts looked so they were done in a hurry like paint could be seen in the glass pains and some things were falling apart like one of the blinds in our room broke on it’s own (and the hotel stall said it would fall on its own once in a while) And for the billiard board some balls were missing The place still has a huge building under construction which might cover up this falling apart thing Again as given in the pics the “Private” pools were not that private. Yes only you will be able to use that but again people from the hotel building will be able to see you. In normal regards the hotel in like a 3.5/5 but in sense of Kuakata you cannot get anything better than this.

Reviewed By tanzir452Very very unprofessional staffs and management! Highly not recommend you are all, although Kuakata is very remote are in Patuakhali, very difficult to find out a good accomodation. Better avoid to book Khan Place Hotel during your visit Kuakata.

Charming, spotless, quiet place with great staff
Reviewed By bobinathensThe hotel is set back from the road and quiet. The beach, market, tea stands, restaurants are a short walk. Manager Helal is endlessly helpful. The rooms are big, bright, spotless. Hot water and internet worked perfectly. We stayed 4 nights and would return. This is a great deal.

Reviewed By Shariful IThis it totally fake managed a hotel, Too much online advertisement but there is very poor condition in hotel condition. i totally got angry by see the room and my expectation in online. There strategy that a girl call Misty will pick up phone, but She never will came in front of you. this is one interesting way . your take care will be by a poor dirty boy who know nothing about the guest take care. No AC, No Generator a Teen shed room how can be rent at 2500 TK? after 2 hours later we went to rent a new one that is a palace in comparison of Hotel Nest. Too Much fishy the business policy of Misty. I suggest not to go there as i wish all tourist need a good tour. If it would be possible then i review it (-10) Star.
