Built in 2003 on a little elevation overlooking the beach and the karsts of Phang Nga Bay, the Passe-Temps with it 8 traditional and comfortable rooms, its mature garden and stunning views is quite simply unique in the province. It offers everything one expects from a good range hotel, and still it feels very much like a family house. Where else will you see the guests moving the table of the restaurant to continue their aperitive talking and dine together ? The staff is caring without being obsequious, the cook is great, and the owners, having been living here for 18 years are always available to help organize your day and make your stay unforgetable.
A beautiful home away from home
Reviewed By chiarab716This is the third time I return to Le Passe Temps. Over the 8 years I lived in Thailand I have been in other places in Ao Nang and Railay - but nothing compares to this place. Every bungalow is a piece of art with beautiful antique furniture. The beach is quiet and offers incredible sunset views. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel managers are from France but speak a flawless Thai and have the best advice on excursions and experiences. A Jewel of a place!

The wild and wondrous jungle resort in krabi which is located in Khao Thong District close to Tha Lane, the most beautiful mangrove forest in Thailand, and perfect place for cruising around with kayak. We are 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Krabi town and 20 minutes from Ao Nang. The resort is surrounded by mature trees over 20 years old with a breathtaking view and sound of crystal cover creek flows through the resort of more than 150 meters. You can hear soothing nature sound all through the day and night. Rooms at the resort resembles a small houses and all rooms are equipped with full facilities such as air condition, free wifi, cable tv, hot/cold water and security system with CCTV 24 hrs
Very special small hotel in beautiful location
Reviewed By ellavie74The natural setting makes this place very special with lush greenery and a beautiful little creek to play in. Decoration is charming and the small scale makes it such a peaceful place to hang out. Staff were kind, welcoming and relaxed. The owner wasn't there but was incredibly helpful from a distance with covid admin and various arrangements. Breakfast was served in our room and I think was a limited version of what is usually served, due again to covid restrictions. The cafe on the premises has delicious cakes, drinks and coffee. The two cats love company and will come and find you in your bungalow. We could have happily spent a week here, but even just one night was pure bliss.

Relaxing holiday, amazing place
Reviewed By xiangwang2We stayed 4 nights at Khaothong Terrace Resort and absolutly love it. The room is beautifully decorated in Thai style, clean, spacious and comfortable. It has the most amazing view of the rocks in the sea. We ate everyday in the restaurant, the most delicious food that we had in Thailand. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is remote but if you can ride scooter, it will be perfect. Otherwise the staff will help you to get a taxi in a very reasonable price. We had such an amazing time and recommend everyone who likes nature, good food and a relaxing time to try this place. Btw, the shop is lovely too, I love their clothes.
