Reviewed By Georgene RThis is by far the best hotel we have stayed in by the Frankfurt airport. Convenient shuttle to hotel which is only 5 min away. Coffee, small treats, flavored water upon arrival. Very nice room with comfortable beds and great service. Very reasonably priced.

Well, they don’t have a 24 hour bar service as advertised , it closes at 22:00 So travelers beware that you need to order out if you arrive later than that time.

Staff not accommodating, bad shuttle service and no food due to cancelled Lufthansa flight
Reviewed By GaertichenWe chose this hotel to stay before our flight from Frankfurt airport and to park our car during the trip. Upon arrival we were told the restaurant in the hotel was upon for another 1.5 hours. After a 30-min wait time we were told the kitchen is closed due to just one cook being there and 50+ people from a delayed Lufthansa flight, which needed to be fed. Since it was after 9pm it was not possible for us to get any food close by. Luckily, we were able to eat from the Lufthansa buffet for additional charge after staying persistent. After our flight back, we waited at the airport in the designated shuttle bus zone. We arrived 10 minutes before departure time but did not see a shuttle for the hotel drive by. This one was the last shuttle for the next 4 hours so we had to take a taxi for additional 26€. Even after calling the hotel and asking about the shuttle bus 4 minutes after the stated departure time the staff was not very helpful and accommodating. We were accused of not standing in the right place and therefore not seeing the bus (there are two separate signs at the Terminal 1 about 100m apart which both have the hotel name printed on it). Back at the hotel the staff referred to a printed out sheet at reception which said the bus would depart between gate 4/5. This information was not printed on the small card we were given upon departure. I would not book this hotel as it was actually more trouble for us, staff was not accommodating or helpful in any way and we did not have a good time upon departure to get into the holiday mood as well as a very bad time after getting back.

Numerous gathering places are available for group conversation, group computer space, sitting areas filled with character and easy humor. The well-equipped casual bar served both food and beverages. My husband and I enjoyed the Nurnberger sausages and sauerkraut with a local beer. A fitness center was available and space for meetings. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with indirect and motion-activated lighting. Transportation to and from the airport is easy with shuttle service.

Reviewed By 745dianajAvoid , avoid! Only there a few hours due to a delayed flight and booked in haste but should have read the previous reviews. Unwelcoming, smoky, very tired room. Uncomfortable night. Shower was ok though and the water was hot. The owner doubles up as taxi service and driver which worked well as we didn’t have to wait and wonder if a taxi would arrive.

Reviewed By KarenAD1Pleasantly surprised by this quaint, modern, spacious, comfortable hotel about 20 minutes from the Frankfurt airport. Bus 73 from airport to and back drops you off right in front of hotel and restaurant. Greeted by friendly innkeeper and the delicious aromas of the evening dinner which we unfortunately missed due to late arrival. Room was spacious enough for 4 people. Clean, modern, comfortable. Shower was large with great water pressure. Good European breakfast consisting of cereals, breads, meats, eggs, cheese, coffee and juice. Much better than your typical continental breakfast served at most chain hotels. Would have given it 5 stars except could not find any English channels and could not figure out temp controls but we were exhausted anyway so no big deal. Did have a spider trap me in the bathroom and hopped at me when I tried to leave. Burial at sea for the unfortunate creature. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend to any visitor. Would have loved to have stayed longer and enjoyed their restaurant and the village.

(Powdered milk or milk sachets in the fridge could have been a nice extra) The bed was very comfortable and the owners were super friendly. The location is excellent as it is only one train stop from Frankfurt Airport. Highly recommended.
