Clean and hassle free stay.
Reviewed By Micha WVery clean, modern, spacious apartment. Kitchen included four of each item, bowl, plate, cutlery, glasses. Small slecebtion of pans. Fridge with small freezer part. Only to hob rings and basic microwave. Slightly let down by only two seats for the breakfast bar. Very comfortable bed in the bedroom, my children shared a sofa bed which isn't ideal and they said wasn't overly comfortable. We oybstayed 2nights but I would imagine staying her longer would also be comfortable. 15minutes easy drive to phantasia land. Not anything other than apartment resturant in walking distance. Drive to mcdolads and a couple of other resturants is around 3mins, supermarket 5mins.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING be warned before booking
Reviewed By mandye897Believes he is entitled to go into your room without your knowledge and go through your personal items, believes he is allowed to kick you out because you dare to contact booking.com over a problem that he will not deal with, namely the wifi! believes he is allowed to KICK YOU out offering to give you back your money for the days you dont stay, contact him and he tells you your NOT GETTING ANY MONEY BACK!! and finally after returning home with a threatening email about contacting the police and solicitors if I dare to add a negative review .... yes seriously ! my bank finally got involved and charged back the entire stay refunding me my money and guess what...... HE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AGAIN. suffice to say the bank/credit card company are NOT HAPPY, i am though as I get my money back again. So to sum up, if you dont mind someone invading your privacy, unhelpful in every way, threatening and believes he can just keep your card details and use when he wants THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU ! if like i imagine me you dont think this is a professional way to deal with your customers THEN STAY AWAY !

Apartment was oké
Reviewed By johnny020988For the owner. Please change the pillows or add some for who like a higher head rest. The apartment is looking good. Only the bedsheets are not that clean, towels where not clean as it should we found hair of one of them. For travellers take your own pillow untill some one give update that the one in the apartment has been changed
