Reviewed By GelinGarciaAfter booking a room with a Smartbox voucher, we contacted the property to ask for a specific room (if available) "La Chambre Louise". We are awrae that it could be busy that weekend or maybe, being a Smartbox coupon, it could cost a bit more, which we understand. Instead of that, we receive an email confirming the Reservation, so so far, so good. Once we arrive, the guy sends us to an annex building, really disgusting, and shows us a terrible room, really really small, poorly decorated and I don´t know what else because I didn´t want to take a further look. I was so deceived and depressed we just left to another village and we booked a different hotel. Apart from not having what we asked for, we felt treated like fools, with the guy trying to blame it on us first, on Smartbox secondly and on a miscommunication thirdly... Never reepeating, of course, and for other guests trying to look for a room here, be VERY CAREFUL with what you get confirmed about, and check everything twice or three times. We really felt scammed. It's not our first time using Smartbox, but this one was really the WORST by far.

Reviewed By GiorgioPiliAfter a very bad experience in another restaurant in Haybe I was expecting another bad dinner. Well, I was definitely wrong. At Robinson there is no menu. You have a buffet with a big choice of starters and mains to choose from. With 15 euros you eat as much as you can from both, starters and mains. Food quality? Wow! Many of the dishes are like mom prepares. It's like going back years when you were young. The only downside on the day of my visit, it was only two of them on the floor. Service has suffered quite a lot because of this.

Reviewed By Jobichet1This little hotel was like home from home, and just what we were looking for. Thank you Gwen for your genuine friendliness. The breakfast and 'chocolatines'were great. Rooms fine for us to sleep. Great garden and beautiful pool. Our friends close by recommend the Camette restaurant next door but we didn't have time to go. Great location to rent bikes from and cycle to the lake. Ok so the place needs a little revamp but it's perfect for a relaxed holiday. We would definitely go back. Thank you again. Reviewed By Spirou DNous sommes venus passé une nuit à la Roseraie à l'occasion ď une visite dans la famille. L accueil est vraiment sympathique La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était petite mais très agréable et vraiment propre. Je tiens à souligner la qualité de la literie (matelas excellent, bémol sur la couverture ). Un petit moins sur la salle de bain très petite qui force à des contraintes de taille des éléments qui la composent: - un lave mains en guise de lavabo - Une douche aux dimensions minimales. Mais pour une nuit c est largement supportable. A noter aussi que le rouleau de papier hygiénique était au bout ( du rouleau ?). Quant au petit déjeuner, nous l avons pris au St hubert, hôtel restaurant attenant au gîte; Même accueil que la veille, salle de petit déjeuner au décor indus très agréable , choix et qualité des éléments qui composent le buffet. Rien à dire ď autre que merci et à la prochaine fois.
