There is not one single thing I can say that’s not perfect about this hotel. Location is great, staff is beyond friendly and helpful, super clean, bedrooms have the perfect amount of plugs and charging areas. Beds are super comfy, showers nice and big and even have a self-great for shaving legs, quiet, quiet, quiet. More suited for adults and business people. Multiple great restaurants and a good sports bar and grocery within steps of the front door. You have to get we really like this hotel. Thank you Robin, Gauvu and the entire team. We’ll be back.

After we checked in, headed to the Lobby Restaurant - Matadora & had a scrumptious dinner in a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. with great & attentive service. Only downside, depending on the side of the Rooms, you can smell the strong BBQ & while in dining, the smoke emitting from the Grill can become overpowering.

Reviewed By lmdallasLove the history and charm of this inn. We have stayed twice. Room was small, especially bathroom. Bed had a dip in the middle. Rooms not services on a daily basis anmore. We stayed 4 nights and no maid service (?because of covid??) Needs some updating also. First time at the restaurant was good, but 2nd time was average. Overall, still a good value for the area.

They would not honour my confirmed reservation
Reviewed By eugeneaThey gave my room away to someone else “ accidentally “ after lying and said Expedia or I cancelled the reservation. They probably got more money since there was a shortage on rooms that weekend. I argued on the phone and with them for over an hour. The rude manager or owner left and sent out an employee to deal with me. He then admitted it was their fault but they could not give me a room since there was no place. I had to find another room on my own on a busy graduation weekend in Boston. Paid 3 times the price elsewhere and had to driver 40 miles away. No other options. Ruined my dinner reservation and an aggravating weekend. Do not go here.

Dirty, Outdated and Double Billed for the Pleasure!
Reviewed By gforceeditWhat an absolute disgrace of a place in every way imaginable. Checked in only to find food and cups from last guests still in the room that obviously hadn't been cleaned. We had them move us to another room. The place is laughably outdated but worse than that is dirty and musty, with dehumidifiers in the hallways. Then, for the coup de grace, upon checkout they double billed us, and when we called about it were told the manager had stepped out and the desk attendant couldn't fix it, but the manager would be back in a half hour. Called an hour after that...still not back. Was told by the girl she'd give him my number and he'd call back. We're now two hours later, still nothing. Stay anywhere else, even if they pay you to stay here. There truly isn't a positive aspect to it.

Reviewed By YorkshirePirloHad an awful experience recently at this hotel. Staff are rude, unhelpful and have an attitude problem. I’ve never been treated and disrespected in a hotel as I was here. The room was cold and electrics in the room hanging off the wall unsafe as well. It was also noisy outside with a bus sat idling right outside for 30 mins at 5.30am with diesel fumes wafting via the ac into my room. I will never stay here again. Awful hotel.

No Hot Water

That was bad enough but when I reported this at check out time, I was told that when the hotel is heavily booked, they often run out of hot water. It's bad enough that we had to experience this, but what makes it worse is that the hotel apparently is aware of the issue but won't get it fixed. Too bad because everything else was very nice.

Reviewed By DDDebbieClean, modern, spacious room. I put up visiting family here using comp points. Place is upscale. Beautiful lobby. No complimentary breakfast. No friendly greetings from staff either, except one person did say good morning on their second day. Family rated it 4 out of 5. I had to go through Trip Advisor to give more than the Thumbs Up (no Thumbs Down offered). When I use Hilton, you really know they appreciate your patronage.
