Over rated, shabby
Reviewed By kazliverp00lWe visit this hotel as a family of four. The location is one of the best in Akcakoca, but it’s let down by dated and unloved decor. We booked a room for two nights and paid 900 YTL. The bathroom needs a good clean and some fixing needs replacing. Toilet is dirty, shower base needs a good clean as well as tiles. Toilet paper holder was problematic and got stuck inside. I had to ask for an extra towel. They do not clean your rooms or replace your towels. We collected our rubbish in the corner of the room. The pool looked dirty and cloudy. I was not sure if it was healthy enough to swim. Myself and my children went to the sea early in the morning. So called turkuaz private beach was dirty. ( I say this because, next beach was run by the local council and from 7 am onwards, sun loungers were already laid out and the sand was raked.) I noticed that the staff did not make any attempt to clean the beach. Generally staff were not very hospitable, What I would say is that the hotel is over rated in fact we visit Akcakoca every year and I do not think we’d go back again. Restaurants as well as coffee shops expensive and they charge you as if you are in a 5 star establishment. I attached number of photographs and I guess that explains what I’m talking about.

Reviewed By Oner KClean and nice size rooms and clean showers. Comfortable beds. 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice and fresh breakfast and dinner. I could see the waves from my bedroom.

Convenient location
Reviewed By Ghandi YWe spent three nights at this hotel. Location was good and parking was available. City center is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was average. Staff were all nice and helpful. The hotel has smoking rooms. It is better to ask for a non smoking room. We have asked to change our room after the first day and the staff were helpful and offered another room for us.
