The best available hotels & places to stay near Darien

Beware!

This property is not a hotel! It's a beautiful farm that needs maintenance. I found this property through Expedia. I called the property 2 weeks before arriving as it's suggested when you book. I told the guy (Zúñiga, Alexander) clearly that I booked it online through Expedia and I had to contacted him before I arrived. I had to dragged the words out him when I asked him to sent me a confirmation to my email, which he never did. When I arrived at the property, he then told me that the price that was online it's not his actual rate. He just use the web page to "promote" the property and the rate was actually much higher. The price online were for room and you can accommodate 4 people in each room, his actual rate was per person. As I was already there from a long road trip, I decided to stay. Next day I called Expedia to handle the situation, and I was told to pay whatever rate he was charging me, asked for a receipt/invoice and then Expedia would handle it. The guy "wasn't" able to print out anything, then he just handed me a paper from a notebook with his hand written as a receipt ?
