Reviewed By Amw59772264The paid carparking is NOT built for family cars at all, any larger than a sedan and you need to hope and pray your insurance is good. Receptionist has the personality of a brick wall but any other staff I ran into were delightful.

Pictures on website unlike reality - not as nice as pictures Entrance to car park very tight at awkward angle and car space very narrow Reported Fridge not cold ( was replaced quickly). Hairdryer burnt smell when switched on. Towel rail wobbly in bathroom. Dryer and washing machine Needs replacing - Old and Dirty. Ironing board covers Burnt and dirty needs New one Overall Management needs to Do Stocktake of all apartments and ensure all Appliances are in working order and. Clean Carpets and Tile floor needs thorough vacuuming and mop

Nice apartment but nightmare to access
Reviewed By KatlahWe recently spent 2 nights here & booked via booking.com. The hotel stands out like a gold shimmery beacon in a flat landscape but there is no signage to indicate how to access the place. It’s mainly occupied by residents so isn’t like a conventional hotel - this isn’t obvious at booking. There is no contact number so after doing laps of the block I ran out to the front door to see a mobile number for the manager on duty. He opened the underground car park door & we parked. Then checked in where he told us that there was no parking associated with our booking. He ended up finding a spot 20 minutes later. The room was nice. New, clean & had everything you need. The indoor pool needs to be prebooked which wasn’t told to us and the reception hours were different to what the print out of information they gave us at check in. The area has plenty of Asian cuisine options and little else. Finding a coffee or a cafe for breakfast on the Saturday morning was impossible - there’s just nothing open (except maccas). Overall everything was just too difficult & not smooth. Last thing you want after traveling for 12 hours.

Your staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend and I will be back with my husband, 3 kids and nanny next time we’re in Melbourne. We’re going to need 4 bedrooms all up so I hope you can accommodate us somehow!

Reviewed By furafura27ホンハムにあるので、観光目的で土地勘のない人にはきつい立地。 駅からも10分弱歩きます。 比較的新しいホテルなので、部屋も設備も綺麗です。 斬新な照明を取り入れたモダンなホテルです。 ロビーは1階（日本の二階）にあり、GF（日本の1階）の入口には若い親切なホテルマンが数人いて道案内やタクシーを呼んでくれます。 このホテルで一番良かったのは、部屋に無料で使える携帯があり、テザリングすることでルーターが必要なかったことです。携帯用の（日本の）充電器も使えました。 シャトルバスの時間が合えばホンハム駅、九龍駅、チムサーチョイDFSへ行けます。 一番困ったのは、帰りにタクシーに乗るときにドライバーにこのホテルを知ってるか聞くと8割方、知らないと断られたことです。 広東語の住所の入ったカードを見せると住所で判断し乗せてくれました。 困ってる私達を見て、ふっかけてくるドライバーもいるので注意が必要です。

Nice but has some issues

Reception was okay and friendly, though the signing in process could be a bit more streamlined as one feels one is signing a long term lease, rather than an overnight accommodation, with separate forms for the unit and garage access. They also actually take $300 from the credit card rather than put a hold of the security deposit, though they did refund it on the day of departure. Reception is only open 9am-5pm, so special arrangements are needed if checking in outside these hours. The unit was good and as a two bedrooms unit, it met expectations. It was clean and well appointed. Servicing is once per week. The bathroom was clean and of a reasonable size for two. The glass windows and especially the balcony glass needs a good clean. The underground car park is good though a bit tight for larger cars. The floors tend to flood with water after rain, and one walks through water puddles to reach the lift. Our booking included complimentary Wifi and after some initial wifi connection problems and going back to reception it was sorted out. The Location is reasonable and a 15 minute walk to the nearby Box Hill shopping centre and train station; the shopping centre area has many Asian restaurants and supermarkets. The unit tends to be noisy especially at night due to the sound of various electric motors and extraction fans. Overall, a good 3-4 stars experience and would consider staying again. Thank you.

Comfortable One Bedroom Apartment
Reviewed By Boyd JStayed three nights for work in a one bedroom apartment. Helpful management, spacious enough apartment, fully equipped kitchen, secure parking. My only complaint is that the bedroom was quite stuffy. There is an air conditioner in the main living area but not one in the bedroom. There is a large window in the bedroom which only winds open a few centimetres. In desperation I opened the door to the balcony adjacent to the bedroom door but then had to put up with people outside on their balconies talking and smoking through out the evening. Fortunately after the first night, the weather cooled and I didn't have to open the balcony door

Reviewed By Z6570TJwendykSelf rated so not what you expect. This motel is surrounded by new units and just waiting to be purchased by a developer. Gross and uninhabitable I GOT BEDBUGS. On reporting the BEDBUGS to reception I was given a toxic can of spray to fumigate the room myself!!! I tried to report the motel to the local Health Department but no response so I can only assume the authorities have their hand in the pot
