Reviewed By Robert OThe room numbering system is quite confusing and if you have room like 248' you will be on the first level instead of the second. In my room I found my chair was in poor condition as the leg screws had come undone. The chair was replaced but they are just straight wood chairs and not very comfortable for prolonged work on the computer. The beds were not very comfortable. There was no hot water faucet on the bathroom sink, only cold, which I found odd. The shower had a electric heating element on it and sometimes it would just stop. There was no gym but they did have a pleasent looking pool. During my stay I never saw anyone swim in it, possibly because of the vegetation in the bottom. On the plus side, the management was very nice, especially Ricardo who used to work on Royal Carribean Cruise lines. He tried to attend to my every need and even gave me his number if I got lost in the city so he could come pick me up. The breakfast was quite large with mostly dessert breads, some fruit, cereal, breads, cheese/ham, eggs, and other items. On the last day there were many fruit flies around the fruit, but other wise it was fine.

Reviewed By Renato SI stayed at the hotel during a business trip and everything seemed to be stopped in the 1960s. Old and dated, basically everything. 220 voltage, not sure why... it was virtually impossible to find a steady, pleasant temperature for the shower. Breakfast was quite reasonable though.

Reviewed By MarcinhaMCQuarto simples como não tinha apartamento reservei um com duas camas, limpo e confortável, com ventilador de teto e TV pequena. Banheiros no corredor igualmente limpos. Café da manhã simples porém muito bem servido. Pessoal da recepção e copa muito atenciosos.
