Reviewed By Inspire09642660223It was my first visit to Algeria and to Batna. The hotel managers and staff were very helpful throughout my stay. Upon checkin there was someone who could speak very good English. The complimentary breakfast was very adequate and the hotel also serves dinner from 7-10 pm. They showed me a menu with pictures and with multiple languages including English. While I was there I needed to arrange transportation to Constantine and they were able to secure safe and reasonably priced travel to my hotel in Constantine. One day I arrived late from getting my COVID testing so breakfast was finished, so the manager took me across the street to another open air restaurant and told me to help myself to drink ( juice, soda, coffee), fresh fruit, or pastries. They are friends of hotel so don’t worry about it. That’s how good the hotel is to its guests. I would definitely stay there if I was staying in Batna again. The restaurant is next to restaurants and a small grocery store.

Reviewed By LDB65The dirtiest room I stayed in in Algeria. The flooring was stained, balding, encrusted in food, dust and dirt. Not a floor you want to walk on in bare feet. The rest of the room was battered and dirty as was the hotel as a whole. The other room amenities were basic. There was hot water and fresh bread and drinkable coffee for breakfast.
