Reviewed By stampin273I am diamond member so when we had to ask to have the sheets changed because of a blood stain and our little dog found pills on the floor...not good. They did take care of things for us right away. The rest of the stay and the facility was great.

Just off I-10, our hotel is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, shops, and entertainment at Gateway Pavilions. Fear Farm Sports & Entertainment Complex is just one mile away, while Westgate Entertainment District is six miles away. Baseball fans will enjoy our proximity to several spring training fields, five of which are within 30 minutes.

Reviewed By jchoke884012Clean, great wifi, very well lit parking lot, and great customer service. I would love to go there once again. Also they allow pets, and have a BBQ area. Great place to bring a family. You will not regret it.

They don’t understand how a hotel works
Reviewed By baD2406JIThey have a full kitchen, but expect you to bring your own dishes, including cookware. ‘Cause who doesn’t have space for a few pots and pans in their carry on?! They say this is for “health and safety reasons,” but that they are happy to sell you some plates. They also tell you that if you want ice, you’ll just have to turn on the ice maker when you get to your room and hope if produces something before you check out.

Reviewed By ravindrag2Very clean and friendly hotel with easy access to West Phoenix, Arizona. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served in compliance with COVID 19 rules. Hotel rooms have all the amenities such as a microwave, Refrigerator, oven, range, and utensils.

Reviewed By 770camerongFrom all appearances, this location is nice and worth the price. That said, the staff is beyond incompetent. Having traveled multiple times for business with my company covering the charges, I’ve never had a place completely ignore a company billed account. Every place I have stayed at before has requested a card for a security hold, which I was expecting here as well. What I was not expecting was to be charged the entire amount for the stay. When I confronted the staff they said that they forgot that it had happened to another of our staff only a few hours earlier. On our end, to be fair, our company had not sent an authorization number for our stay. On theirs, they failed to mention this to us and just charged our cards. Now I’m out $1400 I didn’t have and now have no money in a city that I don’t live in. Supposedly the money should be back in my account in 3-5 days but without money for food, it will be quite a pain until my money is back. Thank you Marriott for stealing my money. I will not be using your locations again as you seem to only staff them with thieves.
