The property enjoys spectacular sea views across to Mt Maunganui, Matakana Island and the Kaimai Mountain Range, expansive gardens, patios and an Avocado Orchid. Villa93 Luxury Lodge, offers you a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stay with us and enjoy a bit of country in our luxury bed and breakfast which is spacious, modern and comfortable. Set in park like grounds within the orchard community of rural Katikati, the Villa has spectacular views out to the Kaimai Ranges, salt water pool and spa to enjoy, large decked area, garden and orchard to stroll through. Our on-site chef makes your breakfast each morning starting with freshly made brioche and homemade condiments. Evening dining is an option and requires 24 hours notice. We are happy to help make your visit extra special, birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, if you would like us to arrange anything extra please ask.

Reviewed By NZroadieWhat a fabulous find in Katikati. From the moment we arrived, Jacqui and Reg (plus Oscar the friendly dog) made us welcome and gave us space to settle in. What lovely warm and friendly hosts they are. Great knowledge on the local area with good recommendations for dinner that night. Everything is close by. Breakfast in the morning is a showstopper with Jacqui baking and cooking from scratch. Her homemade bagels are amazing!! Everything was delicious. Thanks for a memorable stay ?

Wonderful stay
Reviewed By 193mariondMaree and her husband are truly wonderful hosts, Maree takes great care of her guests, she is deeply adorable. The environment is really quiet and peaceful to live. The accommodation was very clean and functional, TV, our own bathroom, a kitchen to share with 2 other people, also very functional. We can only recommend this place and will come back with great pleasure.
