Reviewed By cmlovesbmcFor location and room provided I'm not sure the hotel was worth the cost. Only a small fan for the room and the shower leaked water out of the water heater (meaning almost no water coming out of the shower head). Friendly staff but room not quite adequate

Quiet hostel a short walk from town
Reviewed By Maeve FFirst time in a hostel and it was good. Had a 2 bed room with my son and private shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Murals are beautiful and the roof is great for relaxing as none of the noise of motor cycles you get in town. Really nice place to spend a few days

Great budget hotel 2 blocks from the main square
Reviewed By stevennylandNice looking budget hotel that is within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife (Calle de Pueblos/Jr. Llamas), the main square, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are simple but clean with airconditioning and a fan. The sheets are of low quality. Book without breakfast as their breakfast is nothing interesting and there are plenty of great breakfast options within 2 blocks of the hotel.

Luis son muy amables y te ayudan bastante para tu estadía, realmente te dan la confianza de sentirte como en casa, te guían para que realices tours y en cuanto al hospedaje, todo muy cómodo, confortable y sus terrazitas con hamacas son muy buenas. Nos terminamos quedando 1 noche más ?

Es mas como un guesthouse
Reviewed By Gabriela ZEl Kitara backpackers hostel es en una casa familiar con habitaciones compartidas y privadas en primero piso. Hay una jardin para disfrutar en asientos mas creo que esse atrae mosquitos, cuidado. Hay cocina también. La casa no tiene nenhum identificación como hostel, es poco díficil localizar especialmente en la noche cuando no puedes ver los números en la calle. Habitación compartida para mujeres tiene bano ensuite mas es tanto pequeño y es quasi como un pared separada sin próprio techo. No es muy confortavel. Agua solo fria y no hay AC o ventilador. Ya en Octubre estaba tanto cálido que no poderia dormir en la noche. Ouvi que es possível alugar ventilador para extra precio ?!? Deveria ser automático en este ambiente. Habitación es limpia y colchón cómodo. No parece como un hostel classico, es mas como un guesthouse. Cuando estaba allá, quedó también una familia con niños pequeños que lloraban todo el tiempo.

Simple private room - No hot water
Reviewed By CestLeVieI arrived very early in the morning and needed a room to rest for a couple of hours before having an interview at the immigration office. The location was ideal for me, being 2 blocks from the office and a short walk to the plaza and banks. There was someone waiting at reception for me and were prompt in getting me to my room. The room was basic, but comfy. After a 2 hour nap i was a bit disappointed that i had no hot water, even after letting it run for 15 minutes and although Tarapoto is generally hot and humid, at 7am the air temperatures are not quite high enough to endure a cold shower (for me) On check out i was able to store my bags for the few hours i needed. The moto-taxi charged me s/8 from the bus terminal to the hostel (although i was advised by the hostel it was approximately s/5, and the driver agreed to that price until he got to the hostel, then said it was more)

Un hospedaje acogedor
Reviewed By Eduardo REl hospedaje es util, limpio, cuenta con ventilador, baño privado y lo mas importante para quien necesita partir el día siguiente temprano este queda a un par de cuadras del aeropuerto de tarapoto. Un hospedaje muy agradable y tranquilo.
