Our homestay is situated just outside the main street that runs through Tam Coc center. It is a quiet location set next to a little river, ideal for relaxation. It is an easy walk or bike ride to the town and the Tam Coc boat tour. We have 9 guest rooms all with their own private bathrooms and one dorm. Our host family is very friendly and interested in cultural exchange. See you soon!!

Reviewed By nguyenquangviet2001We spent two days in Ninh Bình with one and half hour drive from the hustle and bustle Hanoi. We booked a room in Tam Cốc Little River Bungalow, a family run business. The hotel is located in heart of the UNESCO heritage site: the Trang An-Tam Coc-Bich Dong scenic landscape. The owners are very tentative, friendly and good cook. If you want to stay locally and explore the Vietnamese food this hotel is a good choice.

Reviewed By laurenkempeWe came across the Homestay whilst lost late at night and looking for another hotel we booked. They brought us in, gave us tea and organised a taxi to get us there. Of course we had to come back to stay the next night, and the service was incredible. We chatted with the owners who have lived there for 30 years and they’re the kindest, most beautiful people. The room was so lovely, and the garden and pool were exceptional - this family put their heart and soul into this place!

Breakfast is great, a small buffet. I had an issue with my pasport and the stay went way and beyond to solve this during 4 days even when I was not staying at the hostel anymore. Highly recommend when staying in beautiful Ninh Binh.

We loved this place and that was the reason we extend our stay as we felt very good here with a lot of outdoor activities around. This place isn’t actually surrounded by mountains. It’s fabulous. Quiet,(except some roosters at night) with good beds and very friendly staff. I totally recommend this place especially for families. Excellent location, within 10 min walking into center of town. P.S. Excellent breakfast , I recommend the mushroom omelette!!! P.S. 2n- we actually forget some clothing and they help us to get them back. P.S. 3- I read some post about noise that the rooster make during night. It’s true but not that annoying. If you enjoy nature and animals it’s fine! And anyway that’s not the property fault. It’s not like the owner should chase with a gun the roosters.
