Reviewed By tomasawe155Trams outside go every minute making terrible noise. Pure madness.No chance to sleep. There must be some tram garage nearby as they go here and there all the time before midnight and at 5am. Otherwise all good with apartments. If you plan to do anything else than sleeping then it is a perfect option for you.

Nice place but..
Reviewed By annatN1455FCThe location of these apartments is perfect because you are in the centre of Brno, everything you need is at a walking distance, the apartment itself was spacious, very clean when I arrived, with a massive bad and sofa, a dining table, a nice kitchen area and functional toilet with a washing machine. Let’s talk about the things that I didn’t like. When I arrived I called the reception number written on my booking and nobody answered, I tried to ring the bell at the door and nobody answered ( it was 6:30 pm) I called then at the number written on the door bell asking politely for a code for the door and a pretty rude person stArted yelling at me ARE YOU LiSTening?!! Asking for the telephone number used at the booking time. At one point she also hang up on me while I was talking, Hilarious ? and Totally unbelievable considering that I was a customer. I have been there for 20 minutes calling this “lady” several times until she decided to sent this code. Point 2 the cleaning. I have been 6 days out of 8 without cleaning, nobody explained when this cleaner was coming so I could leave the room. I asked to the reception to change the bed sheet she obviously said no worries and nobody changed them. I don’t know if I will be back considering this lack of manners

Perfect accommodation near the centre
Reviewed By charles911The landlady is very nice, gave us a lot of information about what tosee. Newly furnished room with a little fridge and flat-screen TV, large and nice bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast served in the cafe in the basement - cereals with milk or yoghurt, sdrambled eggs, some cheese, salami, jam, marmalade, honey, butter, pate and 3 kinds of bread, juice and tea or coffee. Only a 5-minute walk to the centre in a quiet one-way street, where you can park the car. Highly recommended.

Reviewed By ahejlovaPrivát Bohemia je naprosto skvělé místo na dovolenou. Ubytování je moc pěkné, hezky vybavené a čisté. Je v uzavřeném areálu, kde se dá parkovat i uschovat kola do uzamykatelné kolárny. Součástí areálku je i bazén a nádherný sklípek, kde je možné domluvit ochutnávku vín. Jídelna je v jiné budově, možné je sedět i venku pod pergolou a slunečníky. To je super nejen na večerní posezení u vínka. Všude je dostupná wifi (zdarma). Krom toho skvěle vaří - my jsme měli polopenzi se snídaní a večeří. A na jeden večer jsme si domluvili i grilovačku, která byla přímo luxusní. Zkrátka krásné prostředí i ubytování a výborné jídlo i víno z rodinného vinařství. A jako bonus nejlepší majitelé - úžasná rodina Lorencových, kteří dělají dovolenou na Moravě ještě hezčí. Hned bych jela zpátky!!! Doufám, že se tam budeme vracet pravidelně. :)

Hotel Residence TGM pochází z přelomu 15tého a 16tého století, byl kompletně zrekonstruován do elegantního minimalistického stylu. Nachází se v samém srdci historického centra překrásného města Znojma. Znojmo je považováno za Perlu jižní Moravy a její tradice je především vázána ke kultuře vína. V roce 2010 bylo vyhlášeno jako nejhezčí historické město v České Republice, v roce 2020 stále stoupá žebříčkem nejkrásnějších malých měst v Evropě. Je umístěno ve strategické poloze vzhledem ke své blízkosti velkých evropských měst, jako jsou Praha, Vídeň a Brno, a zároveň krásného národního parku Podyjí. Znojmo je jako víno, jednou ho ochutnáte a pak budete chtít vidět Znojmo znova a znova.

This is a lovely hotel - central location, beautiful building, huge and comfortable apartments, and very kind staff. I hope to return to town again, and I won't look further than this hotel. Highly recommended.

Great apartment hotel with all amenities

The stay in Gulliver was perfect for us, the apartment contained everything that we needed, including a very well equipped kitchenette. The spacious outdoor area was very appreciated by us and our kids, as it had a playground, a barbeque with plenty of picknick tables, a trampoline, a tennis court, and even a beer tap! The location is a few minutes from the center of town with its many restaurants and shops. We would want to thank the host who was very friendly and provided us with many helpful local tips for children's activities. We will be very happy to return.

We would like to offer you a pleasant accommodation for 1 – 8 people in rooms from 1 to 3 beds for a good price. The apartment in Brno´s city centre is newly reconstructed, stylishly furnished and it is located in a quiet street. The main square, Spilberk castle and other main city sights are within minutes walk. The BVV (Brno´s exhibition halls) are just 8 minutes away by public transport. Trams
Nice and clean place to stay
Reviewed By Michal NAntik apartments is a very nice and clean place to stay which also has its distinct 'Antique' character. It's close to the center of Brno, bus stop is nearby if you need to go further. The only downside is that rooms don't have their own bathrooms, but I still think that for the price you get a fair deal. I recommend staying there if you have a tight budget and want to spend a couple of nights in Brno.

Accommodation without small children in spacious apartments with their own kitchens in Horni Vestonice village, the heart of Palava hills. Comfortable apartments with swimming pool in calm atmosphere without screem of small children. Almost each appartment has own private terrace. Only children age 13+ are welcome.

Uz na zaciatku pri rezervacii bola vyborna spolupraca a veci sa diali rychlo a podla predstav. Pri prichode nam pan domaci vsetko vysvetlil, ukazal vonkajsi areal i apartman samotny. Uzasna terasa, utulny apartman s dorazom na detaily a nic nam nechybalo. Bolo zjavne, ze majitelia si davaju zalezat, aby sa u nich hostia citili naozaj ako doma. Rodinna atmosfera, klud, bazen, maly sklipek so sirokou ponukou vin, pozornost v podobe burciaku, hrozna ci domacich vajec. Ochota zapozicania bicyklov zo dna na den bola skvela, dokonca s ponukou hladania nas v pripade, ak by sme sa stratili :-) Moznost platit aj v CZK aj v EUR s ferovym kurzom. Ochotni majitelia, ktori vychadzaju v ustrety zakaznikom. Mozeme len vrele odporucit (aj cudzincom, preto nizsie aj verzia v anglictine) a urcite sa vratime! Dakujeme za uzasne sprijemnenie nasej dovolenky! We were looking forward to Morava very much. We found this place based on the reviews. Already at the beginning, the communication and collaboration was great and things were happenning quickly. At our arrival, the landlord explained us everything and showed us both outside area and the apartment. Awesome terrace, cute apartment with the focus on details and did not miss a thing! It was obvious that the owners focus the hosts feel like at home. Family atmosphere, quiet, the pool, little wine cave with wide choice of wines. The small gifts like grape, locally produced eggs, 'burchiak' (young wine). The willingness of bicycle rent from one day to another even with the offer to look for us if we get lost :-) There was a possibility to pay in both CZK and EUR with reasonable exchange rate. Client-orientated owners who know what the customer service is. We can only recommend and we come back again! Thank you for making our holidays great!
