Reviewed By stelav2018First of all, the owners are quite impolite. We were a group and their organisation of the reservations was really bad. We had to change rooms, because the landlords didn’t block their rooms on Booking. Rooms - extremely loud, right next to the street. It felt like you are sleeping on the street. Rooms are very hot and owners do not allow to leave the air conditioner on during the day. Our vacation was ruined. DO NOT RECOMMEND! OVERALL BAD ATTITUDE!

Reviewed By Nomad520556To visit Lefkada we set up the "headquarters" at "Aristeea Guesthouse". It is located in the village of Nikiana on the east side of Lefkada. The apartments are spacious, clean with well equipped kitchens. The pension surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens has a generous parking. It is very conscientious cleaning every day. The host knows his job and besides this she is friendly and full of kindness. What is really special is the view that the tourist can enjoy. The sea, which seems to change its color every hour, is bounded on the east by some imposing mountains which, at sunset, are bathed in fabulous reds.

"Gianna's Studios Apartments" is located in Nikiana, in a seaside village with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea. It Consists of four apartments which can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. It is ideal for relaxation for families because the beach is right outside, for new couples and seniors who wish to spend their holidays in the beautiful island of Lefkada. Located right on the Nikiana beach, which means not having to travel any distance to swim! Right outside, the bus stop and less than 50 feet you will find a bakery, a supermarket, tavernas and a pharmacy. The beach is sandy and you can comfortably admire the views of the Ionian at all times from the outdoor common courtyard, which has an outside shower and wooden tables. Gianna's Studios Apartments promise a warm hospitality in a clean, modern and tidy environment that will certainly give the best impressions!

Reviewed By Nebojsa011Gianna's Studios are family run place, where Emilios and his family does everything to make you feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, and hygiene is kept at highest level (we stayed for 13 nights and room was cleaned every two days). Sea facing terrace is of decent size, giving easy access to the beach. Beach is suitable for kids of all levels of swimming skills. Small floating dock few meters away gives the opportunity for diving, and is always full of children jumping into the water. Location of Nikiana allows you to spend lazy morning on the beach in front of your studio, and to then move to the west side of the island for afternoon dip and marvellous sunsets. Overall, highly recommended place for a holidays with excellent hosts.

Reviewed By 666LiliWe were here on holiday in July 2019. The location is really good, around the building quite a few restaurants with good food, including shops. We were in a two-person studio, on the ground floor. The studio is nicely furnished, has a small kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast. The bed was a little less comfortable, but that’s not a problem for someone who doesn’t have back problems. The air condition worked flawlessly, the only downside is that the programs on TV were only Greek, nothing international and that you have to pay separately for AC. The villa has a pleasant swimming pool where you can cool off. Each studio has its own pleasant terrace. The lady who cleaned the rooms was meticulous and kind, the staff is very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place!

Nice hotel on Lefkada's east coast
Reviewed By Chris318iAdriatica Hotel is a nice hotel on the east coast of Lefkada. My wife, little sons (11 months old and 3 years old) stayed there for two nights. Nikos (the owner), his family and staff was really gentle and attentive! The pool is great, our room was spacious and we had a big balcony with sea-view. In the close surrounding of the hotel you can find some restaurants for dinner. One point is deducted as our bathroom was really small and rather old (however it was clean). Furthermore the WIFI was not working that well and if you want to go to the beach, you'll need a car (for us no problem as we had a rental car). All in all we had a great time and we would stay at Adriatica Hotel again.
