Really good value for money
Reviewed By VoyMThis little hotel is located right in the center of town. You are close to virtually everything including two supermarkets, cash machines, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and from what I saw all were of equal size with separate bathrooms and kitchens. The accommodation is basically like a one bedroom flat. Staff are friendly and relaxed. My room had a brand new fridge, new AC unit and a pretty decent flat screen TV. The only one negative is that the rooms could do with a little TLC but for the price you really can't complain.

Overpriced, Too much security, wristband marks you as a renter.
Reviewed By Charles LRentals are overpriced for the area, too much security causes backups getting onto property and is a hassle even with a wristband. Wristband marks you as a renter and where you are staying. I don’t want people to know where I am staying so will not stay here again.

Bait and switch
Reviewed By 766darrells#102. The ad does not clearly state that the reservation is for 1 bedroom of the condo and that you share the condo with strangers. That being said, when we got there the security had no confirmation of our reservation. The security said they were trying to contact the owner. Three hours went by and the shift changed. The new security gave us a phone # to call. We could not call hotels.com because it was a weekend. We called the owner. He apologized and told us he overbooked and asked to text. We asked for a refund. He instead offered a beautiful cabin. It was late so we said ok. This "beautiful " cabin was 3 hours away. No where near a beach. It was in the mountains. On a hobby farm. It was a hostel. There were no bed sheets. The paint was peeling off the walls. It was a mess. A search showed it went for $15/night. We left after the first night. Definitely not what we booked. Finally contacted hotels.com. They told us we were not entitled to a refund because the owner offered us alternate accommodations. It's now a dispute with the credit card company. The owner scammed us and hotels.com should remove him from their site. Very disappointed with hotels.com that we were not able to reach them on a weekend and would not help with a refund

Each condominium has 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom, living and dining room, kitchen, terrace, under roof parking for one car and private swimming pool. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed or two twin beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. All condominiums are equipped with hair dryer, a 37” flat screen TV in the living room and a 20” flat screen TV’s in each bedroom. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and all cooking utensils. (Capacity for 6 persons)

Reviewed By EzchabalPunta Leona es una iniciativa que se ha conservado en el tiempo y ha encontrado la forma de renovarse para seguir siendo atractiva El hecho de que sea de las playas mas limpias dentro de las que están más al Valle Central hacen que sea una atractiva opción Este edificio tiene dos pisos, con tres unidades en la primera planta y tres en la segunda. Cada unidad independiente cuenta con cocina equipada, sofá cama, y un balcón muy agradable. Ademas, dos cuartos, uno de ellos con su propio baño La piscina es pequeña pero agradable (en momentos en que las 6 unidades están rentadas pierde su propósito como lugar para relajarse y es mejor ir a otro sitio) El acceso a la playas (hay dos playas cercana, siendo la de mejor ambiente Playa Blanca, a la cual se debe ir conduciendo) esta muy bien Recomendado

The owner Ms Everlingh is a scumbag

Everlingh sent me info about the apartament which was incorrect resulting myself and 9 children having to argue with guards for over an hour. I literally had all the info in a PDF from an email and they said it was from last year. Everlingh refused to compensate for the situation. Do not stay here

Reviewed By JorgeB4185Un lugar en armonía con el medio ambiente, se nota el esfuerzo por mantener un ecosistema agradable para el visitante, sin acabar el espacio a los animales de la zona del pacifico. La amabilidad de los personeros del hotel, la limpieza de las zonas y los servicios son buenos y lo justo para despreocuparse y pasar unas merecidas vacaciones, las playas limpias y cuidadas se ganan la admiración del visitante. Lo único por mejorar es que existan opciones de alimentación pero no es nada en comparación a como se pasa de bien. Felicitaciones

Not worth the money
Reviewed By Sheetal626This property is definitely not worth the money. We had booked the sky penthouse suite. This building is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The suite was quite large and very contemporary which is definitely a plus but apart from that it lacked in hospitality and we had to call housekeeping for basic amenities. When we checked in there was only one pack of coffee with two packs of sugar. They did not replenish the next day either until we called them. The check in lobby is pretty small. Breakfast was very basic and it was included only for 2 people and we had to buy for two more people even though we had booked a 3 bedroom penthouse suite. There were roaches in the room and geckos. I had booked a spa massage and it turned out that the lady who owned the spa came in for appointments only and though it says green tea etc. included, there was no green tea or anything of that sort. Spa is a small room on one side of the building. I would have expected much better service at the hotel. Will definitely not recommend.

Great condo for the price!

It is right on the beach, has a great pool (good for kids too), secure parking, and was an overall good value for the cost. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for cooking (no spices or coffee or anything to cook with but ample dishes, silverware, and pots/pans), and it was overall clean. Air conditioner worked well and check in was easy. Only thing I would say negative is that it did have an overall musty smell due to the humidity but it was clean and updated. I would recommend to friends and family, especially those with children.
