Good location... but it is a hotel that need an urgent maintenance
Reviewed By HiroKuraThe hotel is well located. The price was quite good, however, it needs an urgent maintenance. Very simple room, but everything looks that need some repair. Old towels. Very simple breakfast, with the basics for Brazilian style hotel with some fruits, bread, and juices. For one day stay... it was enough.

Reviewed By PeterugaClean, but amazingly small bathroom. If you are a big person, you might have difficulties getting into the shower or on the toilet. Room is nice, with one remote for lights, tv etc. Lot of channels. 10-15 minutes from the airport. Good service from the staff. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Stayed there satursay night and there was a party nearby. Did not sleep well due to this. There is a swimming pool, but looks small and not so cosy. Would stay only for business, not holidays. Paid around 80€ for a night. Wifi works well.

Best Avoided!
Reviewed By Marizete-DTI needed to travel to Brasilia the first week of December 2017 in short notice . The hotels I usually stay at were fully booked so in the last moment I turned to booking.com and booked the Hotel Americas, which was classified as 4 star. When I arrived at the hotel only one receptionist was available to attend everybody, so there was a big queue and a long wait to be checked in. Eventually I received a room which would have been put to shame by any self respecting hotel with only 1 star! The room didn’t have a mirror, electricity sockets, and I believe no bedside light, just one light in the ceiling, so I needed to get out of bed to turn the light on or off! There is virtually no escape from traffic noise as 2 sides of the hotel are exposed to one of the busiest streets in Brasilia. One would have expected the back of the hotel, which overlooks the carpark, to give some respite from the noise but it wasn’t to be, as this is also where many homeless drunks stay and make noise of another kind but equally disturbing all night long. The staff, all except for 2 ladies called Cleide and Henriete, were rude and irresponsible. A packet arrived for me at reception and one girl who knew which room I was staying in never told me it had arrived. I only received it, because I asked about it the following day. The restaurant in the hotel is simple, but ridiculously priced. In corridors and steps adjacent to the elevators, there were stained matrasses which had been used for may years and looked really disgusting. Do yourself a favour, avoid Hotel das Americas in Brasilia.

Visitamos os quatro prédios e acabamos ficando no Francisco Morato, na 712/713. Foi uma experiência excelente. Ambiente familiar e seguro. Equipe super profissional, atendimento simático, zeloso e prestativo. Extrema facilidade para lidar também com o pessoal administrativo por whatsapp. E os aptos são excelentes, têm tudo que você precisa para curtos ou longos períodos e você percebe a vontade dos funcionários em tornar a sua estadia a mais confortável possível. No nosso caso precisamos de um frigobar adicional e de instalar uma lava-roupas nossa. Tudo foi resolvido em questão de minutos. Recomendo muito e já indiquei pra outras pessoas. Uma delas já está morando no Maria Morato, inclusive.

Hotel simples, com um cardápio "diferente" para hóspedes normais e outro cardápio mais simples para hóspedes direcionados por cias aéreas, o que acho um absurdo. Para passar uma noite só.

Tinha reservado três diárias pelo hotel.com,e resolvi ficar mais duas,então depois de esperar 20 minutos pela recepcionista, ela me diz q eu não poderia ficar mais no apto,sendo q comuquei um dia antes do meu check-out. Mas como não posso? A perguntei. Ela me disse q eu reservei só as três diárias, e só poderia ficar as três diárias. Ela me disse que são regras do dono do estabelecimento, que só está cumprindo ordens. Eu disse q estava errado esse procedimento, e a pedi q comunicar-se com a gerência. Então ela ligou, com minha insistência, e assim pude ficar mais dois dias. Achei uma falta de respeito o tratamento que tive,um absurdo. Todavia não relatei ao precon,mas tive vontade. Nunca mais me hospedo ou recomendo o unicaflex. Sinto muito.
