Hotel Flat Concept is a pleasant environment for those looking for rest or play in Sydney, possessing excellent location. It is situated only 400 meters from Central Beach, in a region near the shopping center, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and many shopping options, being also the 1.5 km from the Atlantic Mall, and 2 km from the Bus Terminal Camboriú . The flat Laranjeira Concept brought a new concept in lodging in the city of Camboriú, a different flat, with valet parking, breakfast and a great location. Opened on December 30, 2015 the flat has a completely new and comfortable facilities to provide our guests the very best in comfort and service.
Best Last Minute Ever!
Reviewed By vavokrieckWe arrived in Balneário Camboriu 1 day earlier, and decided we would try and find a hotel on the spot. We downloaded an app and found Laranjeiras. We were greeted by Carlos, the receptionist, who immediately found our reservation and showed us to our room. The whole hotel looks refreshed and new. It might have been renovated recently. Price was fair, and if ever in BC again we will be there again.

Gostei muito de me hospedar no Flat Sol, ambiente super limpo, cama boa, quarto amplo com espaço de cozinha, utensílios de cozinha, fogão elétrico, microondas, e escrivaninha para quem trabalha de home office. Internet muito boa. Fui muito bem atendida pela equipe do hotel.

Muito perto da praia (2 quadras) e localizado no centro de BC, é para quem não quer gastar muito com hospedagem e ainda assim ter um pouco de conveniência.
