Stop off on our way to Austria
Reviewed By JillThompson02After leaving the ferry at Rotterdam we chose this site as perfect a stop over on our way to Austria . Although we arrived after 7pm we did try phoning numerous time to say we would be late but no answer , a letter was left on the reception door to show where we had to park up . We really did not have a clue where to go because it was dark and we needed water to fill up as we were empty . After half an hour looking for a water station that had not had its tap removed we finally found one by the toilets so we could fill up with water . We parked up and got plugged in . All had a good nights sleep and the site served its purpose .Had a walk by the lake and the grandchildren played on the play area . Used the shower block which is new and clean Never saw any staff so can not comment on them like other reviewers have had problems . We had somewhere to stay night and pre paid that’s all we were bothered about The Motor Home service point was closed which we noticed in the day light and all taps removed so lucky we found one by the toilet . There was somewhere for emptying our toilet and put our rubbish . It looks like locals have annual sites here so a wide selection of make shift outfits There are some pods if you don’t have your own MH or caravan There is a restaurant /pub on site which we did not go into but looked nice Site is a very natural setting

Could do better
Reviewed By robert dCampsite on a river with nice surroundings and good cycle routes from site. Showers and toilets worked fine and kept clean but in need of upgrade. Close to small pleasant village with castle. Staff in office need to remember who is more important them or the paying visitors and a smile would help !!

Wohnwagen Stellplatz für Thermenbesuch
Reviewed By Hoffis72Wir haben mit dem Wohnwagen auf dem Hof übernachtet. Es sind acht Stellplätze vorhanden. Leider nur eine Toilette und eine Dusche, für die ganzen Leute. Strom ist über einen Automaten zu beziehen und funktioniert sehr gut. Stellplätze sind auch okay nur nachts ist etwas laut wegen der Frösche. Zur Therme ist es ein kurzer Fußmarsch.

Reviewed By jschlummDer neue Eigentümer gibt sich die allergrößte Mühe, die Fehler vom Vorgänger vergessen zu machen. Sehr freundlich, Platz in guter Lage für Ausflüge, saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Wir werden definitiv wieder dorthin fahren.
