Reviewed By PP_RJThe hotel is very near to the city center - about 1-2min by car. Everything is clean, tidy and silent. The view to the forest mainly made of Araucaria's trees is relaxing and romantic. Great internal size of the chalet, which has hot tub, gas heater, fire place, and an enormous balcony. This is for sure a place for couples. There is a beautiful pool in front of the breakfast saloon. Free wi-fi. The only negative comment is that the hotel was not accepting any credit cards.

We possess 8 bungalows, two in the secong floor and they are the smartest. All bungalows comes with satellite TV, ventilator, warm water and fridge bar. Private nice bathroom and overall area is fresh and wide enough. Likewise, all have a terrace with view to the garden, with a hammock and a 'lazy' chair. gazebo 8 hammocks kitchen free wifi available

Reviewed By Diego_C5555Avatar Amazon Lodge has nice tours and it's an easy way to stay nightlong in the jungle. The problem is the staff. In our stay they left the entire lodge without water for the first day. When they fixed up the water our room didn't have water pressure and since they fixed great part of the rooms decided to left us without water for the remaining two days.The lodge staff , mainly Eliseo and Julio lied to us saying that they did not have a room (for at least one day there were one empty) and didn't talk with neither Luis or Ninoska (the bosses) of our situation. Even if we complained about the problem asking for a refund they didn't fix the problem. When we came back to Iquitos the bosses Luis and Ninoska continued mocking us telling we didn't complained at all and that we would have called them. Note that in the lodge there is no wi fi and we hadn't peruvian phone card. So the lodge is fine but the staff is terrible, Eliseo and Julio will not hear your complaints and they will lie to you everytime they could. PS: since you'll pay a lot of money do not expect a great buffet (see the attached photo)

Reviewed By SBandHGWe really enjoyed our stay here, and especially fell in love with Ushuaia! The cabins are spacious and clean, but could use some improvement. Very cosy but spacious living room and bedroom, the shower was however VERY small! The water is also yellow, especially after the rain.. a bit gross! Breakfast is provided as well, but could be better. We had an issue with the key / front door. They told us it would be fixed right away, it unfortunately was not. Overall we really did enjoy the cabins, the privacy, and the beautiful forest / nature.

Reviewed By dls251Stayed here for one night as part of a tour package to Lencois Marahenses. Two-room suite was very clean with fast wifi and hot water. Breakfast was good. Ate lunch at restaurant hotel - service was a little slow but the food was good. I would stay here again.

The bar-restaurant area is well-designed and welcoming. We enjoyed a delicious and plentiful complimentary breakfast, were able to order some top-notch wine (a good glass of wine is not that easy to find in Mindo) and Sébastian, the owner, was very kind and flexible with our needs.

Reviewed By 502fersWe went to La Roulotte for lunch and had an amazing time, walking the labyrinth and enjoying the grounds full of birds that you can also see from the restaurant while you are eating, the food was really good, they have swiss inspired menu with very good options everything was delicious. The pizza is really good but also the other dishes. The service was very friendly and warm. The place is very cozy. We will definitely come back soon to stay in their roulottes and enjoy the amazing food!

It was our first experience and hope not the last. Very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. To start off, We had the tuk tuk tour into Guatape Center and afterwards at 3 P.M. returned for the official check inn. As a surprise to my wife I have ordered the welcome package which was amazing. The Lake Room # 2 was decorated and dinner was also included. We loved our deck which had a Catamaran style netting and jacuzzi. We were very relaxed. The weather itself did not cooperate, no stars to be seen, only the new moon, as at around 8 P.M. rain poured down with thunder and lightning the whole night. The next morning after having had breakfast we took a private very interesting boat ride along the shores of the Guatape dam. We had lunch, dinner and snacks and we must say that everything was tasteful. Top Chef. Furthermore we definitely recommend Domus Glamping.
