Reviewed By Ale SThe hotel is located just in the centre, with a great view but quiet and peaceful. It's a great place to discover the city around and the parking also helps a lot. In a more personal experience, I got there with my family in quite a bad time and the behaviour and attitude of the personnel was absolutely awesome. They were kind, respectful and treated us with utmost respect, even when our situation was anything but regular. I can not thank them enough for their humanity and understanding. Only for that, they deserve all the success in the world.

Reviewed By oogrDon't bother at looking anywhere else to stay in Zamość. I remember my time staying at the hotel very fondly. The dinner service is impeccable, something that you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. The rooms are well sized, some are air-conditioned and very thoroughly cleaned. I must highly commend the staff and the owners for their excellent customer service. It is very clear from observing the owners that they take great care and attention in making sure that everyone's stay is as good as possible and their staff are taken care of.

Reviewed By LOUISETHELMA_11It's somewhat out of the way if you want to be in Zamość. However, the price is reasonable, and the taxi to town is not expensive. No phone, no hairdryer in the room...but a bottle of water left every day...although linen change is not frequent if you're there for a couple of weeks....Very quiet...in fact, zero atmosphere in April...but, they do have 10 pin bowling in the basement. There is also a shop across the road which stocks most necessities, and has a great wee bakery attached. I was also here for a function, which seemed to be very well organised, and the family who had booked were well pleased. Staff lovely. If I wanted to visit Zamość, I wouldn't stay here...but if I wanted total peace and quiet, with nothing to do..it would be excellent.

Reviewed By AmarleosBardzo fajne i wygodne miejsce. Blisko starego miasta w Zamościu - można dojść pieszo. Bardzo duża i wygodna wspolna przestrzeń, w ktorej mozna wypocząć i przygotować posiłek. Byliśmy w dwoch pokojach bez łazienki, ale ponieważ pozostałe dwa sa z łazienkami prywatnymi - nie bylo to w ogole problemem. Obiekt ma dużą pełną łazienkę plus osobna toaletę do dyspozycji gości, wiec czuliśmy sie jak w prywatnym mieszkaniu. Czysto i ładnie, wygodne łózka. Bardzo miła obsługa. Bardzo godne polecenia miejsce.

Reviewed By gonjoWe spent one night at Zamosc. Pensionat Myka was an excellent choice. Pleasent room, nice breakfast and very friendly service are all one needs in passing bye. The hotel is somewhat off the main road. A signboard on the main street could be helpful to finding it.

Reviewed By EzoneableI travel wide and frequently. Most of the time the hosts make an attempt to please their guests to make their stay comfortable. This encounter with Orzel hotel was memorable for being so unpleasant. Very disappointing. We should have known that something is wrong when prior to our arrival we received a call from the hotel asking us to switch our two rooms for 2 people each for one room sleeping 4 people. We declined. We probably should have cancelled then. But the hotel Orzel called when the cancellation was no longer possible. When we arrived our 2 double rooms with one bed for two were switched into 2 rooms with twin beds. When we complained, sure enough, we got two rooms with one bed each but no longer equipped with the balconies. Of course at the same higher price. Throughout all this, the owner manager was unhelpful and impolite and unwilling to accept the responsibility shifting it to Booking.com. I will avoid this place.

Reviewed By Ivan KA typical 3 star hotel. 4 single beds in the room which was good but no fridge. Room and bathroom clean and kettle in the room. However, about a 15-20 minute walk along the river to get to the old town, so be prepared for this if you don't want to drive.
