The Babenbergerhof is located in the centre of Ybbs, directly beside the Danube Cycle Path. It is a perfect point of origin for a lot of delightful excursion in the Wachau, to the Wald- and Mostviertel, to the abbey of Melk, to Vienna or Linz. The highways A1 and B1, as well as the train station of the Westbahn are to be reached easily in a few minutes. If you come by car, you can of course park it at our big private parking area in front of the house. When you come by bicycle, it will be safely stored in our patio over night under a roof.
Peaceful hotel great service
Reviewed By Matthew WIf you are looking for a 5 star hotel/resort this is not it. But if you are looking clean, friendly, reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay this ticks the boxes. I have stayed here many times over the last 5 years and have never had any issues.

Delicious breafast, restaurant type lunch and dinner. Exceptionally friendly staff! Amazing view on the Donau, relaxing atmosphere - they keep the highest level of service!

Reviewed By auslanderwienWe got caught in the rain for the last few kilometers, and the staff was so nice. This place has an elegant charm that surprised me. The room was very nice, and Ybbs was a lovely town. We're glad we stayed here.

Per una notte di passaggio
Reviewed By TaddeoKaimakanB&B praticamente sulla ciclabile, a poca distanza dalla cittadina di Ybbs an der Donau. Sufficiente la pulizia, un po' triste l'arredamento. Chi viaggia in bicicletta può tranquillamente portarsela in camera. Praticamente si è da soli, la chiave della stanza viene lasciata ai viaggiatori davanti il portone e il personale lo si può incontrare solo la mattina, nella caffetteria sottostante (cmq utile per fare colazione). Ybbs è una cittadina deliziosa, ma non ha molte attrattive e per una notte di passaggio questo B&B può andare bene. Forse, data, ripeto, la quasi totale assenza del personale, si potrebbe abbassare il prezzo di qualche euro.
