Great accomodation but poor restaurant
Reviewed By ciprianc2019We spent three days here and the rooms were very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with many traditional elements. The restaurant however needs improvement: very high prices, few dishes in the menu, poor breakfast. The staff was very friendly, but the expensive food made us eat somwhere else.

Reviewed By gabelc2022Delta Boutique is the best in Crisan! We have spent 3 nights here. The rooms are very beautiful, big and clean. The whole location has the typical style of the Danube Delta, is charming, a real paradise, sourronded by beauty and peace. A lovely pool to relax with loungers. Best way to see Crisan - kayaking through the canals, one of the activity offered by Delta Boutique Guest House. The staff is totally friendly and does a great job.The restaurant is excellent, offers local tastes, food is delicious and reasonable prices. There is a special place outside,where is cooked fresh catch of the day! I would highley recommend Delta Boutique!

Good place for a one night stay before the trip to Delta.
Reviewed By Piotr PI stayed at this pension for the night before my photo tour to Delta. The room was OK. Breakfast modest. Wifi in the room was working without any issue. The payment in cash. Parking in the front was available. Close you can find the shop where you can buy basic food. If you need the place for the night before the further trip to Delta it is OK.

Gorgeous Boutique hotel a short walk from the old centre
Reviewed By Charlie OWe were really surprised and delighted by this elegant, luxurious but minimalist hotel near the heart of Sfantu Georghe in Transylvania. We had a fantastic stay commencing with a welcome drink of artisan palinca and culminating in a gorgeous breakfast of fresh fruit, fresh olives, fresh orange juice, and freshly made bacon and fried eggs on local bread toast. Along the way we all had a great night’s sleep on very comfort memory foam mattresses, preceded by a power shower and loads of channels to surf on the big LCD. All in all I would give this place ten out of ten. It’s not ostentatious but quietly chic with all the comforts one hopes for but still rarely finds in Romanian hotels. And above all the service was exemplary. Congratulations to manager Istvan and his team for getting it completely right! ????

Pike Inn, the perfect place to enjoy a little corner of Paradise
Reviewed By T9788NHmonicacTo get away from all the madness in Bucharest, we went for a romantic escapade in the Danube Delta, which I was seeing for the first time.We had booked our journey 1 month in advance, and Pike Inn was the only one to have 1 available room for 3 nights. Although the weather has been horrible this entire month, we left the capital and arrived at Park Inn on an incredibly sunny after-noon.I was immediately fascinated by the beauty of the scenery and by the promptitude of the staff in welcoming and accomodating us. Then we sat on the terrace and had lunch served by a very friendly and efficient young lady.Although we are not great eaters and the meal portions were huge, we had some great fish soup and then we went to the swimming pool to sunbathe.The water in the swimming pool had not been cleaned, but luckily it was rather cold outside, so we wouldn't have used it anyway. Rooms are very clean and provide everything one may need (including anti-mosquito devices), the only unpleasant thing being the single beds that we needed to unite. For the next meal period, the waitress asks clients in advance, so they can offer fresh food. Desert is on the house and is great. Pike Inn is a great place to socialise (with other clients, if you are that type), otherwise, you can rest (there is an amazing quietness troubled only by the cookoos song), swim, lay in the sun, have a steamy sauna session or enjoy a boat trip to visit the amazing Delta channels.Our boat guide, Liviu, was a simple and very kind young man, who fascinated us with the precision of his knowing all channels and with his life stories.The ladies from the kitchen are very kind, always smiling and offering good advice on the choice of food: dishes are very tasty, fresh and juicy, based on fish or on other meat type (according to clients'preference).The only thing that I didn't appreciate was breakfast, because: on Tuesday it was a very rich one, on Wednesday there was no more cheddar, fish eggs,butter and onion and on Thursday, there was butter, but no more salads (the diversity of dishes had been gradually reduced). We had a wonderfull time at Pike Inn and we gladly reccommend it to future guests.And, if time allows it, we will happily return to this beautiful and guest-friendly location!

The hotel can be reached only by boat. we were picked up from Mahmudia and arrived after one hour sailing to the Danube channels. Hotel has 2 floors and rooms can be reached only by staircase. Rooms are nice, big. Bathroom has limited amenties. Food was good and fresh. The premises has also a awimming pool and a so called conference room.

A piece of heaven
Reviewed By Gabriela ASuch a quiet place with awesome staff and delicious local dishes. The property is quite big: rooms & cottages, pool, spring boards, swings, ping pong table, hammocks, and a pontoon where you can go fishing (in the morning/ afternoon ;) ) with a cheap fishing rod from the market nearby and some crumb with water. It just become our favourite spot in this area of the map. Even if it will rain, it will be a short one. A big plus is for the pool. It has 1,40m and is well cleaned every day and of course, the water is filtered all the time. Another plus is for the concert you hear all the time: the cuckoo's, the blackbird's, the nightingale's and in the evening, the frogs'. Pretty romantic. They have a long rope to dry towels/bathing suits in the sun. The parking slots are inside the yard. You can use the barbeque and the kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful. For example, we needed a mop at our bathroom because we are pretty splashy when showering so we just asked politely and we got our new mop with a bucket during our staying. The main character of the family is Puffy - a tiny snow-white-playful-fluffy-cotton dog - the sweetest thing ever! Just don't upset it - will steal something dear to you and run away. :)) You can barbeque/ cook or just ask in advance the stuff to cook local dishes for lunch/& dinner. They will not serve you leftovers from yesterday. Also the fish is fresh and incredibly delicious cooked in any manner (especially the fried catfish). You'll even get a simple but tasty desert on the house. The property is well taken care of all the time (the willows have same lenght, the grass is dense and cut, the pool always clean, the gardens have nice flowers and lights etc.). We enjoyed the trip in the Danube's Delta with a very nice boat and a guide. Just don't forget your longsleeve/ softshell, hat, sun lotion and most of all, the sunglasses - the sun hides the delta's little treasures. And of course, your camera/phone for some nice memories. I call it "the beautiful one" because has the outer beautifully painted. We will definitely come back!

Different and enjoyable
Reviewed By ArnieMansellWe stayed for two nights in one of the double rooms. This really is a pontoon, parked on land just meters from the water. The room (cabin?) was what you would expect then, compact and functional. The shared kitchen space was handy. If you have the chance to take a boat trip with Romeo or a neighbor, do it! The Delta is amazing and they know it like the back their hands, the only way to experience it is in small motorboat. All in all a great couple of days.

Wonderful and kind people
Reviewed By cristibolboacaAccess is by boat from Tulcea. The atmosphere is pleasant. The rooms are quite large with air conditioning and TV. The courtyard is spacious, clean and equipped with an above ground pool where you can cool off. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The chef deserves 5 stars, we ate great fish dishes very tasty. From here you can make boat trips in the Danube Delta Reservation. I will return in September to see the autumn landscape and to enjoy again the fish dishes made by the wonderful chef! I recommend with pleasure and confidence!
