Reviewed By OnwardTraveller1 - forgot to collect from airport after reconfirming 3 hours earlier 2 - room not cleaned and no drinking water 3 - breakfast barely exists and service slow when it finally appears 4 - disputed at check-out that bill was half pre-paid despite having a receipt from the hotel and sullen 5 - forgot due to take back to airport despite having reconfirmed at breakfast 3 hours earlier and sullen 6 - suddenly claim credit cards not accepted so a forced trip to ATM on the way to the airport Location in a fairly rugged part of town quite some distance from most restaurants. Comfortable bed with AC, but SO not worth all the hassle throughout three days. Avoid, on this experience.

A place with potential
Reviewed By Peter SLocally, this may be a good option but objectively, this is not a great place or rather; it does not exploit its potential. The best first: central location and the staff are really nice and helpful. The restaurant is lovely, a roofed space with greenery around - but attention, there are mosquitoes. The menu looks promising but food quality is disappointing. The rooms are basic, old furniture without any style or decoration, no real desk for working (a chair is available). The bed was fine and clean, and with mosquito net. The bathroom was clean and with warm water and enough space. But the airconditioner basically was blowing around air, no noticeable cooling. Wifi connection was offered but did not work half of the time. And if you wanted to use it you needed to buy access codes, really expensive and not much use if the network was down... All in all, this place may be fine for travelers but to work it is not ideal.

Basic but quiet hotel
Reviewed By Guy DStayed a few days at this hotel, close to the french school. The rooms are quite large but very basic, but with a good A/C. The hotel is quite a strange collection of buildings, stuffed with African art. The neighbourhood is not great but quiet, a bit far from the city centre but close to the airport. There is a small, clean pool. The breakfast is very poor: 1 thermos of coffee, one jar of marmelade and some dry factory toasts or industrial bread to be shared between the different tables. the food in general is not very good. WIFI was slow and not working the two last days of our stay. One annoying issue was that we were charged a price which was higher than the price which was announced in the email of the reservation. Even when showing the owner the email, he would not change the price. I can understand he made a mistake in the email, but then he should stick to the price he had agreed.

Super aimable. Super serviable. Toujours disponible en cas de demande. Perso, j'ai adoré cet hôtel tant mieux que je l'ai découvert. J'en parle à tout le monde.

Reviewed By Stephen DGood and Friendly service by the owners and clean rooms with view of the Centre of Brazza. The Best is the breakfast in the open garden and the staff are very friendly and respond to all your needs. Price is reasonable and ideal for Business.

Lovely place, really recommend visiting
Reviewed By Sam HI was here with my girlfriend and had a great few days!!! The house is huge and located on top a hill overlooking the lagoon. Only thing is because of the location there a lot of mosquito's and other critters, as you would expect in a nature park. The guide is great and we saw a lot of animals and really enjoyed our stay.
